What do you like best about PS Principles Skill Development Platform?

As with any discipline (sports or fitness as examples), it's all about practice and honing skills through thoughtful repetition. PS Principles provides a framework to act, react, review, and analyze how techniques and engagements are applied. Every experience logged in the program is an opportunity to reflect and identify where a skill improved the delivery of a result, or where we can adjust using specific skills in the future. What do you dislike about PS Principles Skill Development Platform?

I've experienced no downside that I can't trace to an internal resistance. Returning to the sports/fitness analogy, one needs to commit to action to experience the benefit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Skill Development Platform (SDP) is an evidence-based learning platform that specializes in soft skill and compliance-based skill development. The SDP facilitates the learning process between learners, managers and company SME's through the use of field-based evidence that ensures a skill is being put into practice. By guiding learners to consume content and then attempt to out that content into practice we generate learning moments that can also be reviewed with managers and subject matter experts to get critical coaching and guidance. The team has a defined framework for their consulting practice. They all speak the same language. And are constantly reinforcing the skills and behaviors to be successful. The team is more prepared to handle the client, no matter what they throw at them.

The UI of the first version of the skills portal was a bit cluncky. The newer version of the portal UI is much improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PS Principles Skill Development Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted a common framework for the team. The platform is unique in that it is a skills practice framework, not just a simple training program. We liked the wholistic approach to practicing the consulting/project skill sets here. What do you dislike about PS Principles Skill Development Platform?

There isn't much to dislike. If anything, I would rename principle five to not use an acronym. The PSCC console takes a little time to learn, but it is very effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PS Principles Skill Development Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

The focus on understanding how the sales process is messy and adapting as I learn what "Done" looks like has helped create clarity for projects. Learning how to manage expectations has been very useful too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
