  ### 1. Reliable Training Solutions with Exceptional Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maria T. | Office Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Pryor Learning?**

We appreciate the breadth and flexibility of their training offerings, which makes it easy to find relevant programs for different roles within our organization. The content is practical, easy to follow, and applicable to real-world situations. Their team is also very responsive and supportive - especially when coordinating in-person sessions - which makes the overall experience seamless.

**What do you dislike about Pryor Learning?**

At times, it can take a bit of effort to sort through the many available courses to identify the most relevant ones for specific needs. However, working with their representatives helps streamline that process considerably.

**Recommendations to others considering Pryor Learning:**

If you are considering Pryor Learning, I would recommend taking advantage of the variety of training options they offer and identifying the programs that best align with your team’s needs. Their platform is very user-friendly, and the content is practical and easy to implement. Also, do not hesitate to work directly with their representatives - I recommend Luke Pettijohn - as they are knowledgeable and helpful without being overly sales-driven, which makes the process smooth and efficient.

Luke Pettijohn from Fred Pryor Seminars was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was patient, knowledgeable, personable and incredibly helpful throughout the process. He was professional without ever being pushy, which we truly appreciated. Overall, a delightful experience, and we look forward to working with him in the future.

**What problems is Pryor Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pryor Learning helps us address the ongoing need for consistent, high-quality employee training without requiring us to build programs internally. Their wide range of topics allows us to support both professional development and compliance-related training in an efficient and structured way. This benefits us by saving time, ensuring our team has access to reliable and practical content, and allowing employees to build skills that improve overall performance and productivity.

  ### 2. Versatile Training with Remarkable Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley R. | Human Resources Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Pryor Learning?**

I appreciate Pryor Learning's wide range of training options that are practical, easy to access, and applicable to day-to-day work. Working directly with Luke Pettijohn has been a highlight; he is responsive, organized, personable, and genuinely cares about tailoring the training to fit our team's needs without being salesy. His approach builds trust and is a big reason why I continue to work with him. The trainers themselves are knowledgeable, engaging, and friendly, whether in person or in webinars, making the sessions feel approachable and worthwhile. I find Pryor Learning to be a reliable and valuable resource, and the support, especially from Luke, enhances the experience. I also like that you can choose on-demand or live webinars or attend in-person events, which are returning post-pandemic. Having a trainer come to our work location for specific trainings tailored to our staff is another aspect I value. Additionally, I have used it significantly for human resources, keeping up with payroll and employment laws, and I appreciate the management and supervisor trainings.

**What do you dislike about Pryor Learning?**

Sometimes the trainings can feel like a sales pitch. There's more sales involved in getting people to purchase the Pryor+ membership or books, or any other Pryor offerings. If it felt less like a sales pitch, then I think people may be more open to it. But that's not every trainer; some trainers don't make it feel as salesy.

**What problems is Pryor Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pryor Learning offers accessible and practical training for day-to-day work, helping less tech-savvy staff improve skills in Excel and Microsoft platforms. I find their HR, management, and supervisor training valuable for keeping up with laws.

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Pryor Learning?**

I love that Pryor has so many different courses to choose from and that you can also customize training courses to fit your organization's specific needs. Our rep, Dana Mazeitis has been amazing and we are once again reaching out for additional training.

**What do you dislike about Pryor Learning?**

I've had all positive and great experiences so far so I do not have any dislikes at the moment.

**Recommendations to others considering Pryor Learning:**

Make the investment. The training itself is very engaging and all post-training feedback from our employees were positive. There are lots of online courses for convenience, but if your organization prefers in-person training, they'll fly one out to you! :)

**What problems is Pryor Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We partnered with Pryor Learning for Project Management training. The trainer taught our team the fundamentals of PM and how to use them in everyday life. I've already seen improvement within the organization as it has helped break down silos and improved overall communication.

  ### 4. Exceptional Custom Trainings, Backed by Expert Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kenzi Y. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Pryor Learning?**

I really enjoyed working with my rep, Luke. He is always helpful, personable, and knowledgeable about Pryor Learning's offerings and how they can be tailored to our team's needs. I found the instructors to be very knowledgeable and they assisted participants as needed. We provided community training, funded by grants, and offered it to the public for free, which received a very positive response from participants. When asked how likely I am to recommend Pryor Learning to a colleague or peer, I gave a 10 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about Pryor Learning?**

We had one instructor, Tom, who utilized Copilot a bit too heavily in some of the sessions. As it was open to the community not everyone had access to Copilot.

**What problems is Pryor Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Pryor Learning for customized trainings in HR, Business, Finance, and software, which are then offered for free to the public, resulting in very positive feedback.
