We use Proxyclick for our Visitor management system. For PCI-DSS compliance we require visitors to sign in and sign out. In Proxyclick we also record their badge number and person they are visiting. I'm able to schedule meetings with external resources. The email which is sent to them includes instructions on how to get to our location and details about parking. Once they arrive and check in, I receive an email notifying me to meet them at the lobby. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Proxyclick | Visitor Management System?

I like the fact that you do not have to manually enter each individual name in a group.I also like that people can pre register before arriving on site and that you are able to see the person before meeting them in person, that eliminate any mix up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We started using ProxyClick in an effort to update our guest check-in procedure as well as provide a digital list of visitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My only gripe about ProxyClick is the iPad it runs on, the joy of occasional iOS updates and having to re-enable guided access mode. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cloud app with near zero needed maintenance.

Not exactly dislike but the kiosk app is only available for iOS.
