When uploading residential proxy lists, especially if there is a large mix of regions or countries, some proxies may not connect. This is fixable, and you just need to re-create lists without the ISPs with which there is a problem. There are times when some countries are out of stock and I have to wait an undetermined period of time to get a proxy. Also sometimes there are technical problems with mobile proxies, but there are also many pluses, so I would not say that the minuses are too critical, neither more nor less than other services. Nevertheless, the support is always responsive and helps us find the best solution - most often it is a replacement for another country, sometimes we make a balance deposit and buy later, but I would also note that we have never been refused a refund if something was out of stock.
