CMS is really helpful for agrigating all information on a specific case. You can search several ways; by case, court case number, agency case number, etc. I appreciate the ability to go in at any time to make changes or additions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is not always the most time-efficient program. There seem to be several steps to go through to find some basic information that could be made easier to find. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Case Management System is good on the basic level of entering the cases and being able to make changes to the entries or continuing to build on the case. It does a great job of being able to search by different methods including case name, agency case numbers, court case numbers and other party information. I like the additional programs that allow you to merge data into documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are some functions that are not very user friendly. For example, when I want to check to see who another department I click on one button but then I have to go through a seemingly never ending rabbit hole to get the information that I actually need.
