This tool is very easy to use where we can automate our test case and test all the features of Salesforce. Also Provar is very to integrate with Salesforce and build the automation top of it. If there is any issue we have success portal and we can log a case where Provar team is always available for suppor on week days. We can connect with provar team over call as part of that case and they will resolve the issue. So, its very simple to use and learn the provar. thankyou.!

I have found that customer support of Provar is very good for which I am really grateful to the company. They are always friendly and prompt with their replies, this enable us to solve problems as they arise and do not disrupt the testing process. This is specifically seen with the highlighted areas of the product, which include the detailed reporting and test case management options that we now have. One negative aspect that I noticed when using Provar is that it may take a long time for new users to master it. This makes the onboarding process to take longer, which in turn affects our early performance rates. There is also the problem of bugs arising from software updates, which creates inconvenience since testing schedules can be affected. While the customer support replies promptly to these complaints, handling these problems is inconvenient and disrupts our project schedules and productivity. 1. PROVAR reduces 90% code writing which is very helpful even for beginners.

Slow-ish due to undelying Eclipse platform - worth considering using IntelliJ like faster platform?

Selenium execution is slower

Can't easily figure out system.out.println logs to debug custom functions

Can't detect sorting (ascending or descending) in Salesforce List UI

Test builder uses Chrome only which is often blocked or restricted in many organisations due to security policies - should include Edge browser too
