After importing a client's fixed asset information, I can utilize the fixed asset information both in engagement and in tax applications to complete a tax return and an audit or compilation with the same information. **What do you dislike about ProSystem fx Suite?** The audit software, Engagement, is not as user friendly as it could be. You can link workpapers, but it is time consuming and a two-way hyperlink is not available. Other audit software I have used has been easier to work with as far as setting up audit plans and linking workpapers to the plan. **Recommendations to others considering ProSystem fx Suite:** It is great software after you get used to it. **What problems is ProSystem fx Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is excellent for tracking my time between clients. It has made my transition into detailed time keeping by client very easy. ### 8. I also like that you can now print e-file attachments with the tax return, which is a huge timesaver from a tax processing standpoint. Prosystem FX has also had superior customer service, in my opinion. Always very responsive and always solve problems, especially involving e-file. **What do you dislike about ProSystem fx Suite?** I dislike the way that consolidated returns are handled, and that there always seem to be issues with getting them qualified for electronic filing and transmitted successfully. I handle a lot of consolidated returns and there are constant issues due to the fact that clients have the same ID and file on different levels (i.e. some file at consolidated level and some file at the federal level). The way that the client structures are set up in FX does not allow this to be done seamlessly. **What problems is ProSystem fx Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prosystem FX significantly reduces the amount of time it takes to prepare a tax return and it functions well with other products that we use such as SurePrep. The benefits we have realized are an ability to take on more clients and prepare more returns since preparing returns takes less time when using FX. ### 9. It is a great product and I would recommend it to other companies for their business needs. I have used it mostly in audit related work - managing reports and tracking other data within the system. It is a great tool. **What do you dislike about ProSystem fx Suite?** I can't really say anything bad about the product. **What problems is ProSystem fx Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is easy to get new employees up and using the system.
