I like that I don't need any design experience, and you don't have to be a "creative" person at all to make eye-catching professional proposals. It's so simple to use, and you can create something nice to send to a client in a matter of minutes. It's so convenient to send the proposal to them, have them review it, sign it and submit it without having to use a ton of other tools. You can also connect to a payment processor connected to the proposal, so if your prospect decides to accept the proposal, they can submit their first payment right then and there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Prospero? It's really a nice tool. There isn't much bad I can say about it. The only thing that I didn't like was during Covid-19, when my business slowed down, I didn't have a way to pause my subscription. There wasn't enough new business coming in to justify paying a monthly fee for a few months. I ended up letting the subscription go and recently started it back up when business started rolling in. If you are a small business or a new business that doesn't receive a lot of business yet, this tool may not be the best option because of that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Prospero solving and how is that benefiting you? Creating, sending, and signing proposals is a simple process. Integrating a payment processor to get my first payment from a new client is even better. This tool saves me time, and it also saves me money.
