What do you like best about Prospects CRM Pro?

It integrates well with the MLS and the mobile is handy, but the desktop CRM is horribly designed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prospects CRM Pro?

This is not intuitive, lacks BASIC functions to operate as a CRM. Many features fail (duplicate manger deletes contacts without notice) and more. If you need a CRM to track and mange your clients and deals THIS IS NOT IT! I worked so hard with them to help them improve but they don't have either the will or skills to do there. I love all the features that really help managing the realtor schedule and business. I love the agenda and the sync of the contacts. The customer service is amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prospects CRM Pro?

I really dislike the use of the calendar on a mobile phone. We plug visits a lot and a lot of the time I can't do it from my phone cause it is an headache and I might forget it when I get home or at work. The birthday cards could also use a little freshen up.
