I like that in less than a minute I can get an entire database of owners in an area I'm targeting. Sometimes the phone numbers are correct, but I actually like the interface for prospecting and logging calls. I like being able to look at "How many units," "Year purchased," "Lender name," etc all in the same screen. Every other Commercial Real Estate CRM requires multiple clicks just to see all this information when prospecting.
Some people have said ProspectNow is a good "Pre CRM," but I disagree. There is a notes section for logging activity, pipeline, etc. I think they can improve their platform with a Prospecting tool and a more robust call logging system, but I love their platform. The screen glitches at times when Im saving a property and I have to open another window. I wish the call logging features were stronger. I wish they had a cleaner "pipeline" management system with deals you may have in escrow, closing, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If ProspectNow worked it would be great. Who doesn't need a tool to search for properties and property owners and then call/email them? Unfortunately it was too clunky and slow for our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The sales process was incredibly dishonest and they tried desperately not to deliver the custom requirements we paid a lot of money for. Ultimately they were never implemented and we never saw our money again or got to fully utilize the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For the price, you can not beat the analytics you get with Prospect Now. As a residential real estate agent, it shows me data on those neighbors that are most likely to sell in the next home. I can use that information to advertise to just those people. That saves thousands on our marketing budget. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
You get credits each month and thus can only search up to that number of available credits. However, the system usually only gives contact info on 50-60% of the search numbers. That means you are constantly redoing a search with fewer numbers. It is crazy and makes it almost impossible to use all of your credits in any given month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
