Calls said they were connected but were not ### 2. Built in CRM, can drop pre recorded messages, send emails and text messages. Price is pretty competitive at just over $100 per month. Customer service is excellent. You can always seem to get a "Live" expert on the phone very quickly. Great training videos too. **What do you dislike about ProspectBoss CRM Dialer?** My only issues were sometimes the send email feature just doesn't work. Plus, I`m not a big fan of the built-in softphone. It often does not respond when buttons are clicked on. **What problems is ProspectBoss CRM Dialer solving and how is that benefiting you?** Definitely a huge time saver. There is no way I could make 200-300 calls per day without it. Double your calls, and you double your sales! ### 3.
