What do you like best about PROSHORE ready-to-code dev teams?

The scrum master provided by Proshore helps guide the process and find optimizations. The technical standards are very high.

I especially appreciate the flexibility. Whenever something needs to change in the short term, that's never a problem.

Additionally, it is great to have both a dedicated developer, and at the same time have more expertise from colleagues available whenever needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PROSHORE ready-to-code dev teams?

Initially we feared that the time difference could have been a problem. In reality, that is quite manageable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PROSHORE ready-to-code dev teams solving and how is that benefiting you?

We've hired Proshore to expand our development capabilities, both in terms of capacity and skills. We were looking for developers that could work independently without too much guidance from our end. We needed a technical team that understands our complex technical setup, and is able to modernize our application.

Proshore's team was quickly up to speed and has been working with us for about a year now. They've revamped our backend application in a structured way. I'm very happy with the technical end result.

It's a pleasure working with the developer and the scrum master. Whenever something isn't working well, we can openly communicate about this and find ways to improve. By doing so, we're continuously improving our way of working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PROSHORE ready-to-code dev teams?

What I appreciate most about Proshore’s ready-to-code dev teams is their flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements. They are always responsive, communicate clearly, and work efficiently to meet deadlines. Even though the teams are based remotely in Nepal, the collaboration feels seamless, and they consistently deliver high-quality work. On top of that, they are genuinely great people to work with—friendly, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly. This makes working with them not only productive but also enjoyable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PROSHORE ready-to-code dev teams?

There’s little to dislike about Proshore’s dev teams—they’ve been great to work with overall. The only challenge we encountered was that they weren’t familiar with Retool when we started the project, which meant it took more time than it would have with a team experienced in that tool. However, the team quickly got up to speed with Retool, and this didn’t hinder our progress significantly. Other than that, the collaboration has been very positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering PROSHORE ready-to-code dev teams:

If you’re considering working with Proshore’s ready-to-code dev teams, I highly recommend ensuring clear communication from the start, especially regarding project requirements and timelines. While their teams are highly adaptable and responsive, having regular check-ins and using clear project management tools will help keep everything on track. Be open to collaboration, and don’t hesitate to provide feedback—they’re great at taking it onboard. Also, if your project requires specific tools or platforms, such as Retool, be sure to allocate some time for onboarding if they’re not yet familiar with it. Overall, Proshore’s teams are reliable, easy to work with, and deliver high-quality results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PROSHORE ready-to-code dev teams solving and how is that benefiting you?

Proshore’s ready-to-code development teams have been extremely helpful in building Fixlio’s MVP quickly and efficiently. The main problem they solved for us was the need to scale up our development efforts without having to assemble a full internal team. This saved us both time and costs, allowing us to bring our product to market much faster. Their approach enabled us to focus on the core aspects of our product while they expertly handled the technical execution. Despite the remote setup in Nepal, the collaboration has been smooth, resulting in a successful development process and a high-quality platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PROSHORE ready-to-code dev teams?

ProShore's developers had all the skills and knowledge needed to be effective with minimal onboarding from us. The team was able to supply its own project management, UI design, and platform/infrastructure needs in addition to the senior- and mid-level developers working on our application required. As an individual, I appreciated the level of communication and collaboration we were able to achieve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PROSHORE ready-to-code dev teams?

I'm hard-pressed to think of a downside. The time differential between the team in Nepal and the core of our team in North America was about 12 hours. We didn't need many real-time conversations, and, when we did, both they and we were willing to meet at unusual times to make it possible. ProShore's ScrumMaster made sure we maximized the value of those scheduled conversations. As I think about it, we didn't dislike this since we all cooperated to make it work! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering PROSHORE ready-to-code dev teams:

Go ahead and take that initial meeting. ProShore was very good at learning what we needed and tailoring their proposal to our needs. Other companies we considered appeared to just deliver a standard pitch deck. ProShore demonstrated their excellence from the very first conversation, even before we chose them as our development partner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PROSHORE ready-to-code dev teams solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed highly-skilled, versatile, full-stack software engineers to maintain and improve our legacy application. We needed them to work independently while partnering effectively with our product manager, level 3 support developers, and others in our distributed team. The ProShore team did all these things with professional and technical excellence. As a result we were able give our customers several major improvements and new features. For example, the team created our AI content generation features one the one hand, and enhanced our in-built video conferencing service on the other. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PROSHORE ready-to-code dev teams?

the result oriented approach of the team - that's what it's all about. the rest, like the methodology and roles etcetera are all 'just' needed for the bigger cause. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PROSHORE ready-to-code dev teams?

dislike is a big word, I would like to prefer to use 'points of improvement'. They are;

- think more MVP-wise; I experienced that some features where thought out too big

- flexibility in scaling; I experienced some minor difficulties while scaling during the project (extra devs needed on demand, replacement personel swiches) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering PROSHORE ready-to-code dev teams:

Try it, experience it, let Proshore help you and be amazed by the results Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PROSHORE ready-to-code dev teams solving and how is that benefiting you?

In my opinion the Proshore team has shown the following characteristics:

- very committed people in all roles I was confronted with (frontend-developer, backend-developer, scrum master). something needs to be done out of office hours? No problem. think along while searching for the right solution within stated budget, etc

- results-oriented professionals - no 'hiding' behind defined roles and responsibilities but walking that extra mile to achieve the result the customer wants

- good knowledge - the team has in-dept knowledge in a lot of technical areas and for those areas they don't have a lot of knowledge they can quickly be up and running

- good communication skills - the team has shown good communication skills. English is fluent and agreements are made SMART Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
