The most impressive part of our agency has been the direct integration of the surveys with Mailchimp. It automatically captures the respondent’s demographics and adds them as a lead in the app. We were looking for this feature 2 years ago, and now we are happy to have the ProProfs survey maker as part of our marketing efforts. The functionality is glitchy at best; it requires re-doing your work on the Welcome page every time you view, requesting help from customer service to get full functionality that you paid for; and don't expect to get your full responses that you paid for either. The customer service is severely lacking. I've needed to put in several tickets since I started the license about a month and a half ago. I always get an email saying the ticket has been resolved and closed without anyone actually resolving the issue for me. I spend way too much time contacting ProProfs customer service to try to get resolutions to glitches, billing, and broken technology. I dislike having to spend so many hours requesting help the most, but also losing money when the survey closes before getting less than 500 responses (which I paid for). I've lost money in advertising dollars and the organization just doesn't respond to requests for help or refunds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ProProfs survey maker is so practical that a newbie could easily catch up on the things for creating surveys. The tool has a drag and drop feature to create surveys among available templates ranging from NPS Survey, Scored Survey, Customer/Employee satisfaction survey, and more.
