
I liked that it had a proposal and delivery method - but they they ruined it when introducing AI Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Complete lack of support or help - and the fact that I paid for a year, and was only able to use it 2months into my second year - I have the invoice show it paid, zero support, zero customer help - no recourse but to dispute with my bank Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As we explained, those monthly renewal notices are for add-on services like collaborative seats that show $0.00 unless actively used - though we understand these can be confusing and we're working to improve this experience.
