I like the way that you can effortlessly send out proposals new clients, and send out proposals to upsell current clients in just a few minutes. It takes a lot of the stress off of the cell cycle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to create templates based on the types of work that our agency does. Web Development, Social Media Management, Inbound Marketing etc. This coupled with actually turning a proposal into a standardized client agreement (contract) with electronic signatures, game changer! For us there's not much to dislike at this point. The editor is a little outdated but works. Pagination can be finicky but not enough so that we'd ever want to go back to Word docs and PDF's. Font options, size and color could be easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are two key elements that are really amazing in the Proposify software, the expertly worded templates, and the client review observation system. These two amenities are game changers for our business. As a small business, the least we have quatity of is time and these features allow us to crank out proposals quickly to perspective clients, while also having the ability in real time ot see their review of said proposal. What we do not like the most is some of the editing functionality, it can be difficult to move, erase, or manipulate content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Updated: Proposify's Editor is a dog. Very difficult to make changes to my doc. Furthermore IT makes random changes to my doc without my knowledge. Got me in trouble with some contracts it mistakenly modified.

1. With Proposify, I can put all of my thoughts, all the things I want to tell a prospect, all the selling points for my product in a single place.

Updated: The editor is crap.

I had a bit of a problem learning their program because I don't read user guides or watch tutorials. I just like to jump in. Their support staff saved the day - when I had a question, they would be right there, in real time to help me through it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Since 2019, I’ve been using Proposify almost daily, as it's my primary tool for proposals. I stay with it because of its clean platform, constantly updated functions, and great support. My success rate is over 95%, which I believe owes a lot to the flexibility and graphical tools that Proposify provides. Whenever something goes wrong, the team at Proposify fixes it quickly - often on the same day. I used to struggle with creating slightly different proposals for different clients until I found out about Proposify’s customizable templates. This saved time and effort. On top of that, being able to add extra fees into fee tables has helped a lot. It not only helps us close deals but also speeds up sign-up process altogether. The content library makes it easy to create proposals that are visually appealing.

I like being able to track if a prospect has opened, viewed and/or downloaded a proposal.

I cannot export documents from my content library. We would like to use Proposify as our "single point of truth" for sales documents, yet I cannot export a PDF from the library to use as a brochure at a trade show. Instead, we have to redo the information with InDesign. Same issue with pricing tables. I keep all of our pricing in a Google Sheet. I'd love to have pricing sync instead of constantly importing a CVS. Double entry is incredibly wasteful.

The system is buggy. Oftentimes the "ribbon" disappears so we can't edit documents. Even after refreshing it doesn't appear. Then, magically, it will reappear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No need to learn complicated coding, it's completely WYSIWYG which is a pleasant surprise and delight for sure. It makes sending out professional proposals easy an they look amazing! We use the program weekly and it is easy for all members of our staff to engage with and seemlessly integrates with all of our current software and programs. I don't like having to upload photos that are not organized and are never found. I don't like that the formats are very fixed. I don't like that the event date is not recorded in Pipedrive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
