Prior to onboarding Prophix in 2021, we budgeted using excel templates and then a another budget software that was not flexible enough for our organization.

During the onboarding process, as an adminstrator, I helped to build everything from scratch with our consultant. This was extremely helpful in learning the system and things it can do. It also provided me with the confidence I needed once we were onboarded and the training wheels came off.

Prophix is an amazing tool and has helped to ease all of our pain points throughout the budget process. The end user experience has also improved vastly and I'm no longer receiving the complaints I used to during budget season. I have not had a scenario where I wasn't able to accomplish something I wanted to within Prophix.

Prophix allows you to have all of your data at your finger tips. For us, this was huge because we were able to consolidate multiple systems into one.

We are able to produce reports much more quickly without manual intervention once reports are set up you simply update the dates.

Our organization has the CSP and that has been very helpful any time we have questions or are looking to add sometime.

Prophix is a great tool and making things easier on the end user. We have struggled with excel during budgeting process but with Prohix we have increased the end user experience.

Prophix is very much a Finance-Administered application without an Excel front-end (but easily exported to Excel). There is a M365 Add-in that allows push and pull data movement to and from Prophix for Excel and PPT. We are much less dependent on IT and more efficient. The application is point and click intuitive for non-financial users. Staging data from SAP and other sources has been fairly straightforward to implement. Working directly with Prophix for implementation consulting is fantastic and a welcome change from working with 3rd party implementation firms. As each customer implementation is custom built to a certain point, we found the ability for new consultants to enter the process mid to late stream hasn't proven to be as efficient as staying with the original team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
