What do you like best about Prophet CRM?

Prophet's integration with Outlook means everything is in one place, eliminating the need to switch between programs constantly. This has been a huge productivity booster for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prophet CRM?

One drawback of Prophet CRM is that you can't search the text inside attached documents. This can be frustrating if you have a lot of attachments stored in the system, as finding specific information becomes a manual process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Prophet CRM?

I like how easy Prophet CRM is to use! You can enter, edit, or view customers and orders with ease. And if you ever have any problems, their support team is exceptional! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prophet CRM?

My only qualm with Prophet CRM is that when I log onto Outlook it sometimes doesn't load the Prophet CRM automatically, and I have to manually connect it. Also, I have had problems in the past with syncing contacts to my phone from my computer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Prophet Mobile App is a good way to access your contacts, accounts and sales pipeline from your phone. You can download it on your phone here: https://www.avidian.com/crm-features/mobile-crm/. Syncing contacts to your phone from your computer is supported but it does need to be set up a certain way. What do you like best about Prophet CRM?

Being based on MSOffice Outlook which is the system i have used for 25+ years, makes Prophet extremely easy to learn and use.

Training support is excellant and further support is always just a call away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prophet CRM?

Have not had issues with Prophet once I understood that having a second outlook window up made additions and searches much easier. Just need to remember to refresh both windows regularly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Prophet CRM?

Accessing information on accounts and entering new accounts have proven to be simpler than Sales Force. Prophet is better than Sales Force because its for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prophet CRM?

If all emails sent to clients were captured in Prophet CRM my days would be easier. Currently only the group emails are seen by the field reps in Prophet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Prophet CRM?

The notes go back for years, although it is hard to scroll through and read them with the layout of the system. I do like the opportunity report but I wish there were better/easier to pull projection reports for pipeline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prophet CRM?

It's a pretty clunky system. You have to write and save your notes in both the opportunity manager and customer manager otherwise once an opportunity is closed, no one can see that you've been working the account. Also, it's not intuitive at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Prophet helps us reduce the time and energy necessary to feed the sales funnel tracking "beast." It keeps everyone happy with its reporting and forecasting functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Like any other tool, you need to use to be effective. Like the old saying goes, "If it's not in Prophet, it didn't happen!"
