Our web-based lease management platform is built for tenants and has set the standard for the industry. All clients have access to the complete set of property management software modules, regardless of the level of service chosen. We offer function over flash. Financial Tracking and Calculation; ASC 842, AP File Generation, Rent Management, Percent Rent Tracking/Sales Statement Generation, CPI Calculations, Lease Accounting, SLR/DR

**What do you like best about Property Works?**

The program design puts information in a clear and accessible format, easy to understand and access quickly. As a new employee, the training tutorials are excellent and the program is a breeze to understand and begin to utilize. The customer service is excellent. They are always available for questions and concerns. I am so impressed with the way the program can combine all of the information needed from lease information to financial breakdowns. The report generator is also user friendly and allows for customization.

**What do you dislike about Property Works?**

There are several steps that I feel could self populate but it is likely those are areas that may not need to self populate-ex: not every landlord contact will be the contact for rent payments, et.

**What problems is Property Works solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rather than going from one program to another for information regarding dates and documents-you can have it all under one program. The best way I can describe it is that the program allows you to see the whole picture of a unit and the whole picture of the portfolio of the company. It gives all the past history, the financial information, taxes, legal documentation that backs up the unit data-in one easy to use format.
