**What do you like best about Property Minder?**

Property Minder provides us professional website with powerful tools.  We manage buyer searches, email listing information to our clients, manage our calendar and use this tool daily.  The program has more options than most agents use and is a great tool for supporting and improving our business.

**What do you dislike about Property Minder?**

The program is not as easily used on a phone or tablet.

**Recommendations to others considering Property Minder:**

If you need a Website Manager that is focused on real estate, I can recommend Property Minder.  They continue to introduce new ways of keeping in touch with clients.  I especially like the way we are notified when there is interest in our listings.

**What problems is Property Minder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The program allows us to keep our buyers updated on every new listing that comes on the MLS.  It allows us to set specific criteria for each buyer.  Our website is up to date with our new listings and virtual tours.  We can keep sellers advised of activity in their neighborhood...and more.

Going to have to say the fantastic tech support is what makes this run well

The cma tool is not the best of the products which is available.

You must check this out because it will make your life a whole lot easier 

**What problems is Property Minder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to keep everything in order when working with multiple clients. The benefits of having the tools necessary at your finger tips to manage all of my properties and continue to find tenants and keep them happy.
