We use Propensity’s ABM platform to generate new leads for our business. It was incredibly easy to implement, which was valuable to us as a small team. We were able to get started in no time, launching the industry-specific playbook to target accounts in our niche and begin building pipeline. Unlike other ABM platforms, Propensity didn’t require a lot of time to set up. Once we identified our target accounts, we could go in and launch campaigns quickly. I've been working with Propensity since it was in its early start-up phase. It's been about 5 years since our partnership first started. During that time, they have taken so much time to make sure to get to know Passages as a client and make sure they are providing for all our needs. As an early adopter to the Propensity platform, we required integration with Okta for secure access to our data. This was a feature that needed to be developed, so there was a slight delay in moving to production, but eventually simplified our single sign on process without the need for duplicative login accounts to manage.
