If Google Adsense rejected your application, then you might want to consider Propeller Ads. I liked their dashboard. It's intuitive and well designed. The number of ad possibilities is also a big plus. You can easily select the ad types you prefer for your site.

The inventory of ads is undoubtedly limited compared to Google Adsense. My blog was in the finance field, and I found the ads were not connected to my writing content. My bad story: (expect a freeze on your credited funds and a support that will hold you hostage).

I created a Propellerads account, and added over $300 to my balance. The next day I want to credit my account again, but the payment processor does not work after I enter my card.

Moreover, I have no email from my bank saying that the transaction failed, nor even an email from Propellerads saying that the transaction failed.

I then contact the support, which explains me that my card does not work. So I have to try with other cards. 

So that's what I do. 


After 6 unsuccessful payment attempts, with different cards, I explain to the support that their payment processor does not work. 

Finally, the support agent confirms that the problem comes from them.

And a few minutes later .... Account blocked with my money suspended.

I contacted the support, which explained me that they suspected a strange activity (yes indeed, your agent asked me to try several cards, I did it). 

So they ask me for everything (passport, plus picture of the used cards). I provide all the cards, and my ID. 

Unfortunately, I used a single-use virtual card. So of course, I can't take a picture of it - as it is a one-time use card. 

So Propellerads has all my IDs, the picture of my cards - and keeps my account blocked because they can't get the picture of this virtual card. So they ban me for life from their platform. 

What started out as a mistake on their part, and bad information from the support agent, became a "hostage situation". They now have all my identity papers, as well as my bank cards, and my account is blocked, with money on it.

To make it clear:, I made 6 payment attempts with 6 different cards. I provided the photo of 5/6 cards, and my passport. But that's not enough, for this last virtual card that I can't necessarily take a picture of - they consider me a fraud. 

So to conclude: I lost 3 days explaining the nonsense to the support - contacting their team members on LinkedIn => they don't want to know anything and keep my funds, as well as my data.

I would advise you to be very careful, and to go to other ads network providers. First of all, you risk to slow down your business with a company (Propellerads) more than doubtful in its practices. 
In addition, your funds may be blocked and you will not be able to make sense of the support that does not want to hear anything - even though it is responsible for such a situation.

I like most of their ads format which can lead to a good conversion and for Publisher the CPM is high as per their GEO of traffic. This is a very good thing.
