Not many downsides. If there are any issues, they repond to tickets and requests quickly. Tessian relies on machine learning so it will take some time to get adjusted to your environment, which means at first you might see some false positives, but they should decrease as the AI continues to learn more about the environment and the users. The client install for Tessian goes out through Intune or SCCM, easily enough, we have no issues with the installs but you DO have to ensure that the registry key is correct before you do so, the support team walk you through that and, as we did so, we have no issues.
