"Great email security tool."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Proofpoint Adaptive Email Security?

Easy to administer and deploy in M365. Good for providing an extra layer of protection to prevent malicious emails from getting through EOP with a relatively low incidence of false positives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Proofpoint Adaptive Email Security?

The licensing structure is based on the total number of protected mailboxes (including shared mailboxes) instead of active user accounts, which has inflated the number of required licenses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Getting around Tessian platform"
4/5
What do you like best about Proofpoint Adaptive Email Security?

I like especially how easy it is to find the key info on the Security Events section, the confindence level and all the different filter to make a very detailed search of the events I need to find. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Proofpoint Adaptive Email Security?

I found difficult to find an easy way to check the attachments of the flagged emails. The name of the files is available, but not much further infor about them, I would like to have a bit more easi access information on that matter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Game Changer"
5/5
What do you like best about Proofpoint Adaptive Email Security?

Continued innovation (example: Investigate and Respond model).

Empowering users by providing insight into potential issues and allowing the user to make informed decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Proofpoint Adaptive Email Security?

Limited reporting - some decent dashboards and 1 comprehensive report are available, howeverut limited ability to gather detailed data for analysis.

Limited control and insight into Allow and Deny List. Would like the ability to add justifications, see dates entries are made and the ability to export the lists. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Emails security solution"
5/5
What do you like best about Proofpoint Adaptive Email Security?

We can instantly recognize and thwart sophisticated phishing attempts and questionable emails thanks to AI/ML technologies. It provides our staff with helpful alerts so they can choose wisely when they click links or send emails to the appropriate recipients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Proofpoint Adaptive Email Security?

Some of the more sophisticated Tessian functionalities made available for services like Office 365 haven't been usable by us. We want the Tessian portal to allow users to remove emails straight from their inboxes, a handy function. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Email Security that just works"
5/5
What do you like best about Proofpoint Adaptive Email Security?

The best part about Tessian is that it pretty much works on autopilot, making it great for organisations that have little or no experience with email security. It leverages AI/ ML to figure out non-compliances and potential leaks and is very accurate for the most part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Proofpoint Adaptive Email Security?

The biggest issue with Tessian is that because the default AI/ML based logic/ rules work so well, it can make you take it for granted and not encourage you enough to write customised and specific rules that suit your organisation. Since there is already so much that the platform learns when living with your email system, it should be able to provide more insight into what kind of rules it recommends.

Also, the report generating in Tessian leaves a lot to be desired. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Superb On All Fronts"
5/5
What do you like best about Proofpoint Adaptive Email Security?

Tessian provides a different way of thinking about email security and sits perfectly alongside more traditional secure email gateways. I particularly like the emphasis that Tessian allows us to place on outgoing security just as much as incoming mail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Proofpoint Adaptive Email Security?

Tessian really sites alongside an email gateway so does come at an additional cost. Although the ROI is clear to see, I wouldn't be comfortable deploying Tessian without a more standard form of gateway too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Protects company inboxes with AI and ML"
5/5
What do you like best about Proofpoint Adaptive Email Security?

As the Digital marketing manager, I handle confidential company information via email. When it comes to protecting sensitive data in the cloud, the Tessian Cloud Email Security Platform has shown to be invaluable. What I enjoy most about Tessian is how it uses AI and ML to spot and stop even the most sophisticated phishing attacks and suspicious emails. The risk of security breaches has also been significantly reduced because of Tessian's efficient detection of harmful emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Proofpoint Adaptive Email Security?

There have been some cases of user discomfort due to false positives, but overall, Tessian has been highly effective at detecting threats. In addition, I'd want to see Tessian's security features made available in other forms of electronic messaging and social media. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A1 service from start to finish, from Sales, Technical Services right through to the Account Manager"
5/5
What do you like best about Proofpoint Adaptive Email Security?

It's user-friendly, and the interface is very intuitive. We only have a small team; however, in my absence, it is easy for them to navigate and administer in my absence. It manages itself more or less; machine learning technology is excellent, unlike other rule-based systems. It also acts as training for end users; our staff love it. It takes all the heavy lifting out for me; reports are automatically generated, we are safe knowing our environment is well protected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Proofpoint Adaptive Email Security?

There is nothing to dislike about the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
