1. This platform helped us to tap into full potential of the entire network of partners.
2. Saves a lot of time in chasing down data.
3. Reduces the need of manual reporting.
4. Can generate a lot more revenue with Pronto's assistance.
5. Managing partners have become very easy.
6. The customer support has also been extremely helpful. 
7. Have been using it on regular basis.

Nothing as such.
Everything is pretty good and helps in smooth operation.
Implementation process was the only thing that was a hassle.

1. Reduces the need of manually doing the reporting, which cuts down a lot of time. 
2. Made the ecosystem very efficient.
3. Helped in smoother operation of our business.
4. Managing multiple partner was a hard part, which has been narrowed down and become extremely easy.

This survey site has more than 7 different types of surveys with different rewards. It is very easy to use all the options. The imlementation is very easy. Customer support too is very friendly. I use the survey site almost daily. Integration part is also very smooth.

There is nothing that I disike about this site.

By taking part in the Pronto poll survey site, Pronto in turn gathers information from the public, sorts and segregates the resonses and then reachen and conclusion. This will benefit one and all.

A little slow in processing over database as it makes the process little slow

It is a real time communication tool solving the speeding of workflows and simplifying communication. The benefits of using pronto are task management, contextual conversation and real time collaboration.

Pronto is easy to use but lacks advanced features. Finding past messages is difficult, and the interface can get cluttered. It's okay, but not the best option.

**What problems is Pronto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pronto aims to simplify communication and collaboration. It bundles messaging, file sharing, and teamwork tools into one place. This should mean less time switching between apps and easier group projects, but your mileage may vary.

I have been using Pronto for sometime now, the outcome is great.
Incredibly user-friendly and intuitive tool to manage sales effectively and follow up partners in structured manner. 
Robust tool and caters to the needs of all sizes of business.
Helps in customer service and narrow down business imperatives driving sales for us. 
Easy to implement and customer support is solid.

**What do you dislike about Pronto?**

One to need to invest time and resources in customization. But a great tool once customized.
Adding addtional modules will enhance the frequency of use.

Provides wide range of features which is the advantage of Pronto. End to end capability covering financials, sales, marketting, supply chain and asset managment at one place.

What I really like with "Pronto" is that connection delays are very short.

**What do you dislike about Pronto?**

What I dislike about Pronto is that unfortunately, at times when I am connected and wanted to login my account on some app, the answer or reaction is that there is suspecious activity !!! Just that.

**What problems is Pronto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Proton help me to access the survey platform that naturally is not reachable because of my geographic location.

**What do you like best about Pronto?**

As an event manager, I'm also in-charge of dealing with the budget; which is often a major cause of stress and paperwork. So I really appreciate how Pronto helps me keep track of everything in one place. Before, things were a bit chaotic with inventory and finances spread across different systems.  But now, it's way manageable than ever.

**What do you dislike about Pronto?**

I wish the reporting features were customisable so I can tailor it to suit my exact needs.

**What problems is Pronto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Pronto, a big chunk of my time went to tracking event rentals, supplies, and merchandis, so using the Pronto's inventory management system has been a lifesaver. I can easily track stock levels, set low-stock alerts, and ensure I have everything I need for each event. This prevents costly last-minute orders or the disappointment of running out of crucial items.

Its easy to use mobile app dashboard on both tablet and mobile phone. Its ease of integration with other productivity app makes this a real killer in the field!

Hard not to dislike as it has a lot of advantages.

Pronto simplifies lead management, follow-up, and proposal generation, allowing me to focus on building relationships and help me identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
Its mobile app keeps me connected to my clients and deals, even when I'm on the go and reduce manual tasks, allowing me to spend more time with clients and closing deals.

I’m currently using the trial version of Pronto, and I’m really impressed with how well it works. It’s made managing the sales process so much smoother. The app is fast, super easy to use, and works perfectly on tablets. The integration with other apps is very cool.

I dont think anything is not likable in it as of now.

**What do you like best about Pronto?**

I like the support I have received from the Pronto team during my time using the tool. I also like the ease of use for Pronto as well as the ability to customize the tool.

**What do you dislike about Pronto?**

I'm still new to the tool and I am still learning to use it and find out more about the features. The one thing I think maybe lacking is how data is imported, as far as I can tell the option to import data from a spread sheet is limited.

Pronto is helping to solve our team's need to have a catalog to keep track of business solutions / projects that we create - we want to have a repository for all our solutions to share with the organization in a simple format.
