What I like the the most about Prompt.io is all the features that it provides to engage with members such as the integrated forms where we are able to create surveys, ranking scales and even donation forms. The piece I disliked about Prompt.io is that we were not able to assign specific agents to certain text banks and after some time all messages would reroute to al agents even if they were not part of the campaign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This may have been the way our company had it set up, but the number we would text from was not an actual number that would connect with me. Instead if someone called the number that came from chatbox, they'd hear a voicemail asking them to call a different number.
