Though Promo offers various video products, we are more fascinated by the ease of use to create social media videos and filters. Then there are the videos. You can find just about any type of video that can be edited to your liking to get the point accross. This includes animals, education graphics etc. The wide selection of SnapChat filters makes it easier to find one that best suits marketing your business on this plattform much faster than creating your own filters; especially if you are not on the creative side of things. The one thing we have found trouble with is the ability to edit purchased filters containing video to non-video. We had to contact support via email for them to make the edit. If you are in a time crunch, this can set you back a bit. Other than that, it's not a significant issue. Its also a bit troubleiling that you cannot edit the sound of each video. The app lets you change the melody, but it does not allow you to adjust where the song starts in the video. Support informed us they have no date as to when this would be available.
