What do you like best about Promethean Software Service, Inc - Managed EDI Services?

Promethean is quick to respond to required integration changes, mapping changes and other support requests. Recently we needed a non-EDI interface but wanted to leverage part of our EDI integration stream and they quickly developed a solution for us. They have customized a portal for us and provided a downloadable PDF that our business required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
