The most helpful is the customer service that Prolifiq offers. Salesforce can be a tricky tool when integrating it with another application and the Prolifiq tech team seem very knowledgeable of how to use not only their platform but Salesforce as a whole. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our only issue is the way that the Key Stakeholder Hierarchy is set up. It is difficult for us to see how key stakeholders map against one another especially for accounts that have multiple divisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
