ProjectPro works well out of the box for contractors, but it can be rigid when we try to tailor it to our specific needs. Setup and configuration are important, and past customizations can make future updates more challenging. While customizations are possible, they often require development and regular upkeep. It handles core functionality well, adding on additional features such as forecasting, progress billing, subcontracts, etc. to the base Jobs module on Business Central. It has helped us move more tasks into Business Central instead of manual excel spreadsheets. The implementation process went smoothly as we were already setup on Business Central. We went through a review phase where they gained an understanding of what we were looking for. Then we went into planning and implementation. The team was able to make modifications to the system based on our asks and handled implementation to limit downtime. Once live, there has been great support in handling issues we face. Sometimes it was a bit difficult to organize meetings due to the time zone differences but overall they were very accomodating. It would be good to have a sandbox testing environment available earlier on in the process to try projectpro with sample data and make sure it has the features you are looking for. I have no complaints about ProjectPro directly, Microsoft Business Central itself can sometimes be overly complicated and limited. Which is why tools like ProjectPro are essential. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has enhanced the already comprehensive capabilities in Project Management within Business Central. The enhancement is specific for material intensive project organizations such as Construction firms, roofing industries etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
