We use it for our Work From Home employees. Very easy to instal and run. The reports are good and well understood by the floor. The system is largely bug free and is consistent. The Prohance system is not user-friendly. Navigating the system is too inconvenient, unless it’s your regular daily routine, that you would already know your way around. However, when faced with unfamiliar situations, finding your way through the system becomes difficult to recall and a waste of time.

Also, Activity on System (AOS) tool should enhance the automation feature that would provide MINIMAL manual effort in categorizing websites based on the nature of LOB. It would be valuable if the system could intelligently detect site usage patterns relevant to a given LOB, while also automatically filtering or flagging sites that are related to non-productive categories such as social media, gaming, and entertainment.

For the menu options in general, some options are not reliable. Certain features may not be applicable and may be removed if necessary to create a more streamlined system. One example is the ‘Workload Categories’ feature. While we appreciate the inclusion of health-focused elements such as reminders to stay active or take short breaks, removing this as a standalone option, or integrating it into an existing menu, would significantly reduce menu clutter and improve usability.
