It helps us to monitor employees' login time and keep track of their productivity and break timings. **What do you dislike about ProHance?** For some reason it does crash in some systems and also it won't record timings in machines that are not restarted for 3,4 days. MAC support is still not stable. At times it used to crash and we should reinstall Prohance to make it work. There is no option to contact support directly instead we have to raise a ticket to get in touch with them. **Recommendations to others considering ProHance:** It is best for the companies that are looking to keep track of employee's attendance and timings.
