I like that unlike other similar software they offer a free trial with a license for 14 days is very helpful because you can test the full performance of the service without paying. I must also highlight the reports offered as they are detailed and very complete, we are very grateful for the program our IT professionals are delighted with it. The add-ons available within the service are very functional with the ability to expand according to the needs of each user, it is a complete experience. **What do you dislike about Progress WhatsUp Gold?** My complaints about the service are based on the price, I must emphasize that the program is very expensive, but certainly worth it, although we have been forced to limit the licenses, the software is heavy weighs almost 5GB the last update, it requires an updated operating system, the support team should be more aware of its users, the responses are late with respect to errors. There is support for no more than 10% of what you can do through the web interface (and indeed, the web page has its own hidden, undocumented /api endpoint. You can't add a single machine, you have to rescan it completely which takes ages and re-enables all monitors that you had disabled before. There isn't even a support for webhook alerts unless you have it run a kinda hacky PowerShell script that needs login credentials stored inside it. Oh do you want to change this script via API? Can't. Do you want to edit alert policies via API?
