I really consider that the best thing about Sharefile is its great ease of use, since the board has a simple but powerful design in terms of its ability to send files, since it is very fast to send all types of files regardless of their weight. Very intuitive since it handles a search history of files sent in a very efficient and organized way so that it has all the staff of the different departments informed of the modifications, shipments and receipts of files and documents at any time. For Sharefile it can be used in its maximum capacity it is necessary to have a good internet connection since when working with heavy files it can slow down the response speed of the platform, I would also like to add the option to drag great serial files if they added it since it would eliminate the time in which the file is searched to send it. You can share big files across system around the world and still no hang. It's totally secure and easy to use across all platform. ShareFile offers solid security, as you can just transfer the file outside the organization and if you send it by phone, you can build a connection to submit the file and determine who has been approved. I like the authentication process it demands for the access and monitoring of the changes to the reports. The ShareFile system works better tha we would have imagined, so no learning process is necessary. One of the disadvantages with ShareFile is that there's no tool for locking documents, therefore, there's a possibility of version failures if several people have accessed and edited a file at the very same time. I can create a unique link that my clients can use to upload their documents containing sensitive information such as social security numbers, account numbers, etc. I also can send out detailed paperwork to have clients sign securely, meaning I can include sensitive information and not worry about it getting leaked.
