Easy to support. Easy to get users to upgrade/update. New interface has built-in update feature which is nice. Nothing new to manage for sys admins. Can customize the web front end as a branded product. Smooth user experience with AutoCAD & ArcGIS. Citrix Workspace makes it easy for University students to access their educational apps and resources. Sometimes users are confused on what to do to update/upgrade. Does not work well through the web interface...have to direct users to direct download from Citrix. Licensing is expensive..also, there is separate licensing for the drivers for the graphics cards. Graphics servers are also expensive. Its ease of use! Even a novice with very little internet/computer capability can easily upload and download files to my personal portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I dislike is there could be some lag time between the Citrix mapper tool when updating files to the cloud. There were situations where I give a user permissions to for a folder and they do not see it on their mapper. I ended up having to reset the app for it to show up.

I also dislike that there is no global permissions where you can prevent users from dragging folders into an incorrect place. I had users where they accidentally drag folders into other folders.

With Sharefile it also makes sharing files with client super easy and secure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like the fact that I can connect with my clients. It's very personal and easy to use. There's a lot of plugins available with many uses for all my needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sharefile is truly simple to use. We have never practiced it and immediately understood exactly what to do with it. In addition, you can easily and securely share files with others and work with your colleagues over the same document or file. If necessary, it is also possible to return to previous versions. My only complaint concerns price. I didn't suspect that there are a lot of secure file share sites today that offer same features, yet at lower prices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
