Configuring it can be difficult with many options available some of them hard to find. I am frequently kicked off because the host disconnects. I could maybe regret the alphabetical sorting on large amounts of files. It is very handy when working with clients as they can walk through the process with ease. We have had very little back and forth with customers ability to use it which save them and us time. We have a wide spectrum of clients with different technical skills so an easy to use tool is a must for our purposes. Also, information security was the primary driver in choosing a tool and MOVEit meets those requirements. In today's world it is ultra important to have a security first perspective. It was easy to setup the single sign one as well. **What do you dislike about Progress MOVEit?** For the scale we use it, it is a little pricey, but again it is very reliable and easy to use so you get what you pay for. Other than that I have not found any issues or problems using the toolset. It was important to have a secure easy to use tool and this satisfies those primary requirements. **What problems is Progress MOVEit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ability to share securely information with partners and clients. It has saved time on information exchanges with clients in many occurences. In many cases we have confidential information or documents we need to share quickly and this tool has assisted us in doing this with minimal time needed. We have used this for sharing technical specifications, requirements, financial details and different architectual information. Having a secure way to do this is a hard requirement for our customers and our firms. Our Information Security group reviewed different tools prior to choose MOVEit. It has continued to meet our needs. We are excited to look for more opporunties to use the tool within our organization. ### 21. I think the user interface and management portal could use a little updating along with better exporting of jobs, but other than a few management pieces, everything works as expected. **What problems is Progress MOVEit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Some of the problems we are solving are the sharing of confidential data with external partners. OneDrive and SharePoint are great tools but don't provide the security we desire around the "sharing" of data and access. The interactive GUI makes administration and use very simple and intuitive. The ability to allow users to review and monitor their group's jobs is extremely useful. It places some of the admin responsibilities back on users and gives them empowerment. The ease of setting up new transfers has streamlined our business processes and removes a bottleneck in new implementations. All the features of the SFTP, Gateway, and Automation tools has been a tremendous benefit to our organization. **What do you dislike about Progress MOVEit?** I have not come across anything that I do not like about the MOVEit platform. Of course there is a greater cost component than more rudimentary methods of scripting and file processing, but you get what you pay for. This product is well worth the cost. **What problems is Progress MOVEit solving and how is that benefiting you?** MOVEit has streamlined the creation and monitoring of file transfer activities throughout our organization. Being in the Healthcare industry getting files and data to the right position in a timely fashion is incredible important.
