What I love most about Profound is its innovation. With Conversational Search monitoring, it's an accuracy game, not precision. I trust their data. They’re always shipping new features and tackling a really challenging problem in a responsible way (monitoring the probabilistic nature of conversational search). I use it all the time. I appreciate how they focus on visibility across topics and subtopics, rather than just keywords, which is a smart approach for conversational search platforms. The software itself is super clean and makes it easy to see how I’m performing. The ability to filter by LLM platform, location, and topic is a massive value add. The fact that I can see how various brands and competitors are performing on ChatGPT vs. AI Overviews provides industry-leading insight for GEO and Relevance Engineering analysis. The fact that they've already started tracking AI Mode is impressive and vital to stay ahead of the tech (and competitors) I also love their citation insights and that cool 3D visualization of the citation universe across topics. Plus, their team is incredibly supportive and always open to feedback, even helping me with custom experiments that provided amazing data. They're just nice people.
