The UI is very intuitive and easy to use. It enables us to create matching and survivorship rules and strategy in an easy an intuitive ways. In addition, it makes the data stewardship job simple and easy. The Profisee support team is excellent and responds almost immediately to all our questions and they try their best to resolve the problem to our satisfaction. We would like to have a possibility of seamless load balancing and failover between multiple Profisee servers. We would like to have a better support for a real-time saving, matching and survivorship. Currently, the way Profisee works is that it loads the matching index on one server and there is no way to use the same matching strategy on the second server at the same time or at least it is not easy to set this up. Profisee is an excellent MDM tool that has allowed us to grow in our data governance work. Together with it we started our area and we have been maturing in its use. Profisee continues to be in line with new technologies and making alliances to make it easier to use, for example with power BI and Purview Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Profisee takes the pulse of their customers and is highly focused on continuous improvement of their product. Additionally, the matching engine is strong and has a lot of different options to suit your needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some limitations on the product from a UI/UX perspective that perhaps pigeonhole the product a bit more to North America-centric. For example, there is no ability to have a multi-language web portal, which is critical for a global company like ours with a significant APAC and EMEA presence. It's really easy to implement within a short time frame. The product is always improving (2 new versions per year). With the SaaS version, it is easier to maintain and upgrade the platform.
The support time is very responsive within a day. The Profisee portal is also user-friendly.
Data quality rules feature improves data quality in our MDM system. The integration with Profisee using API calls is easy to implement. Profisee provides us with a support portal where we can easily post our ideas to improve the system and also that helps us to see issues/enhancements posted by other Profisee clients. The breadth of the Profisee platform's capabilities enabled us to accomplish an extremely complex "big bang" cutover of our multi-domain master data, from legacy systems dating back to the 90s, into a fully configurable and user-friendly set of Fast Apps. Our Profisee instance is accessed constantly by Data Stewards in 8 countries around the world. The platform's integration options include real-time eventing and a comprehensive API. Profisee Support is readily available and highly knowlegable. As the business initiates new products and markets, we are able to stay out front by rapidly developing and deploying master data and configuration entities to support the projects. We have a couple of open tickets that are proving to be extremely difficult to troubleshoot. Profisee Support is actively engaged, but we have yet to determine a root cause for some anomalous behavior. We've developed a set of diagnostic queries that pull together information from the system logs, data history tables, and various metadata resources, and still can't pin down exactly what's happening "under the hood". Our Profisee instance is necessarily complex, and the interactions of data steward activities, scheduled integration jobs, Data Quality Rules, and Real-Time Events makes this very challenging. Over the past year we have had to add mulitple additional sources to our exising Profisee matching strategies and have found that the process and the dashboards that are available for customization have provided a great view into our data and how it is being mastered. Our survivorship is actively being taught to our initial stewards and we have made great progress in setting up priorities and weights that optimize our resutls. I love how they host events towards the continuous empowerment and educating Customers on maximizing use of their product as well as current trends in the data sphere. The ease of making a single view of my master data accessible. It took everything that I had wanted to show and made a very seemingly clunky piece of data look much more professional and more digestible for my customers. The enterprise workflow was sometimes hard to manipulate to follow the sequence I wanted. Sometimes it would not allow me to edit the task so I could lay out exactly what I wanted in a specific place and I would have to restart the flow from scratch. Extremely focused and mature MDM product line. Company's focus purely on MDM platform keeps the improvement and maturity coming back to the customer sooner than other product companies.
