The take off portion of the software is basically useless as every item has to be take on separately, there is not a way to breakout multiple items per take off. ie you have to take off the square footage of a room twice for the floor and for the ceiling as the are different lines on the estimate but most of the time the same sf. Take off tools and data base aren't the best. Once you do a take off it is very difficult to modify it for waste since the cells are locked in the estimate sheet.
