It is easy to use and has many useful functions. The user interface is excellent, and customer service is simply incredible. **What do you dislike about ProductPlan?** What I saw when working with the service, does not give me the opportunity to say something bad about it. I like everything. **Recommendations to others considering ProductPlan:** My personal opinion is a very good platform that will allow you to monitor the entire workflow of your project. With him, you are able to plan the work of your team for a week, a month or a year. And each member of the team sees the goals that are in front of him. The service is easy to use, so even those participants who do not have experience are very quickly trained. **What problems is ProductPlan solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use ProductPlan to communicate, plan, coordinate and visualize the projects being developed. This allows all project participants to have the necessary information and control the process, both on separate sites and in general. I like it’s functionality and being able to track my team’s progress. It’s integration with JIRA is also great and saves me the time of having to rewrite stories and epics, etc. **What do you dislike about ProductPlan?** There isn’t any rollback feature in case I make mistakes. And hovering over to show information like dates instead of having to click the bars would also be nice. I would also like to be able to select multiple bars to make changes to multiple things like moving many things forward to a separate sprint, for example. **What problems is ProductPlan solving and how is that benefiting you?** It’s a great road mapping tool and allows me to clearly communicate a visual plan for my team and other PMs. Allows me to organize easily with its simple interface. ### 3.
