What do you like best about Product Fruits?

ProductFruits is easy and intuitive to use, the price is very reasonable, especially compared to competitors like Intercom. Plus, their customer support is great - they are always super friendly and reply within minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Product Fruits?

I found the UI a bit clunky at times, but this is no longer true since they updated their UI. I like it much more now. I suppose it would be great if they had a feature that would send a summary of the analytics of your tours, that way you don't miss anything and can keep an eye on the performance of your product tours even if you don't check on their platform. What problems is Product Fruits solving and how is that benefiting you?
