It has been a repeat hassle for our school. Issues just about every week. The programming is simple but not intuitive and they lack basic features. It has a lot of errors and issues. Support overall is limited and difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The door controllers have to see the cloud node to work, If not the end user has has no access! We have many properties that have multiple buildings and when a switch , router, cable or anything goes down the doors will not open. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
