Who is Procurify pricing best suited for?

Based on Procurify's pricing structure on G2, Procurify is best suited for small to mid-market organizations seeking to formalize and streamline their procurement and accounts payable processes. G2 reviewers across industries including education, healthcare, manufacturing, biotechnology, and construction consistently highlight Procurify's value for teams transitioning away from manual spreadsheets or email-based purchasing. Its single all-inclusive pricing tier with custom quotes makes it particularly appealing for organizations that need full procure-to-pay functionality without managing multiple software tiers. Finance teams, procurement managers, and operations leaders at companies with 50 to 1,000 employees appear to derive the most consistent value from Procurify's pricing model.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Procurify?

Procurify does not offer a free version or a free tier. According to G2's pricing data for Procurify, the platform operates on a single all-inclusive plan with custom pricing available upon contacting the vendor. This means prospective buyers must engage directly with Procurify's sales team to receive a quote tailored to their organization's needs. G2 reviewers note that Procurify's pricing is considered fair and does not increase as more limited-access users are added, which provides flexibility for scaling teams. One reviewer in education flagged that certain features are offered as separate modules requiring additional licensing costs, which can increase the overall investment.

What do you like best about Procurify?

I like that Procurify is great for letting me know my orders have been approved or denied. It's also very informative on what is purchased and received, so I can utilize and put items away efficiently. I appreciate the new feature of mandatory putting the need-by date; it really brings attention to the needed date and makes us less likely to run out of crucial items for production. It's a great system tool because before using it I was kind of in the dark on half the items I sent to purchase. Setting up Procurify was pretty easy, and after about a month, we got pretty good at it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Procurify?

I think having common items frequently ordered being reviewed and put in the system for future orders instead of having to research prices, company, and item codes through the generic item option would be beneficial. Also, I wish the mobile app was as detailed as the desktop version. This area could use a big update to be as equal as the desktop version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
