Being able to collaborate with 300-400 collaborators all on one platform is huge for our company. All in sync all working together to get the job done. Right now we have obstacles with submittal file lengths that causes many errors resulting in rework or renaming submittal titles. I would like to see the Doc management facelift available to our company. Sometimes taking the extra cost to build native for mobile is the best way forward. This option could be dangerous resulting in permanent changes to budgets or databases, but it should still be something available to do at the admin level. The PDF review and markup features are also quite limited; they really need to match the full functionality of Bluebeam, or the platform should consider integrating Bluebeam as the markup and review tool. Additionally, the lack of a side-by-side comparison feature in the desktop version is frustrating. Communication. Communication. Coordination between trades and professional disciplines is very time consuming when using traditional software such as email, texting or telephone. With the automated distribution of pretty much all information, the many steps become one step, saving a lot of time and eliminating omissions.
