What do you like best about ProcessUnity?

ProcessUnity is a highly configurable system that has allowed us to mold the systems to our needs. It had enhanced our ability to understand risk and to focus errorts towards the highest risks. The manual TPRM workload has been automated and reporting has enabled us to quickly and easily summarize data and provide clear communications to senior management and the board. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ProcessUnity?

ProcessUnity requires some programming, or advanced configuration skills, however the Assurance Services is amazing and worth while to invest in and gain any support or skills you need to get the job done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ProcessUnity?

One of the best things about ProcessUntiy, aside from its robust reporting capabilities, is the flexible configurability. It supports a wide array of workflows to best suit your needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ProcessUnity?

While the configurability is a blessing, it can also be a curse. If you're not careful, you could end up with a confusing workload. This is alleviated by working with the implementation team early on and clearly define your requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ProcessUnity?

We moved from spreadsheet based TPRM approach to using PU and the transofrmation in approach and outcome has been incredible. The tool is easy to use and intuative. The implementation method is good too, they build your carcus and you input the questions as not to wase technical time on the admin elements. Very throught through tool with lots of pre-sets. We have greatly reduced risk in our organisation through the implementation of this tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ProcessUnity?

Very little downsides i would suggest. Some of the pre-sets are USA based, which we unwound but that was relatively easy. Suppliers often praise the ease of completing what is seen as a quite dry questionnaire. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ProcessUnity?

The platform is customizable and our company had some complex business requirements for which the implementation team was great in supporting us throughout the process. We have the ability to change some basic settings and configurations ourselves, which is great and saves time. However, there is a learning curve to understanding how to do this. Overall, we are satisfied with the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ProcessUnity?

Some of our users, specially those who do not use the platform frequently, have some difficulties using it. One thing that in our opinion could be improved is having the vendor request and assessment in a single report with a single workflow and status. Having them separated causes confusion and a lot of clicking to get a complete overview. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
