"A business app that can make a difference."

What do you like best about Process Street?

I significantly like Process St because it has reusable templates to share with teammates.

Do you want to make a process for onboarding new teammates to your team? Build a template for that! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Process Street?

I wouldn't say I like the features included in the free tier. I think Process St could bring more executions in the free tier.

I would like it if there were more roles in the organizations' settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great tool for ensuring fidelity of implementation with processes"

What do you like best about Process Street?

The ability to build steps, checklists, forms to collect info. Love the recurring checklist feature where you can have a checklist scheduled to be emailed to you on a certain recurring date basis. It connects with Zapier & other apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Process Street?

You can only trigger most automation actions based on the completion of an entire tab of the workflow, it would be nice if you could trigger them based on one click or field within a tab. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Process St Power in Automation"
5/5
What do you like best about Process Street?

I'm a huge fan of Process Street. It has transformed how we manage our workflow for a particular portion of our business.

The interface is super clean and intuitive, and the features are organized in a logical way that just makes sense.

But what is super cool is... If there's a change in a process or a new task needs to be added, updating it is a total breeze. That means workflows stay relevant and efficient, and can update one or all of the workflows.

If you're looking for an easy-to-use, effective workflow management tool, this is for you. Whether you're trying to streamline your processes or increase efficiency, Process Street is the way to go! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Process Street?

I don't have anything to suggest at this time. So far so good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Process St. was a great way to track progress and know what I needed to complete."
5/5
What do you like best about Process Street?

It was simple, quick to find content, and easy to use. I really enjoyed the structure of process st as it was always easy to identify what I needed to do for next tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Process Street?

The only thing I wish could be added was somewhere to search for documents, content, and additional tasks. I think it would be great to have like an upload center for all the documents that will be needed, aside from having to look in the calendar link. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A seamless experience, Process Street is the place to go"
5/5
What do you like best about Process Street?

It is easy to use and has great functionalities. I work both as an educator and freelancer. I not only need a checklist of tasks but a way to save the stuff that I need for each of those tasks. ProcessStreet creates a seamless workflow that is highly beneficial in that it runs from one step to the next and provides spaces to create functional reminders, comments, file saving.

One of my favorite parts is the fact that you can save files. This has been useful for some editing processes that I have to send back. When I am done going through the workflow, I send a link to the workflow I completed that includes all the files I have uploaded. This makes Process Street work as a nice report and a hub to share those files for my boss to download and check.

Oh, and I must mention that their customer service is among the best I have seen. You can book a 30-minute 1-and-1 session with a person that will walk you through the features and answer any questions you have. Pretty amazing that they invest this kind of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Process Street?

The learning curve is a bit steep. I find myself trying to work out some processes but I have a hard time figuring them out. You will find that a couple of features should be polished. This takes a lot of working time, at least at the beginning. The automations are pretty limited in number (not in quality) but they mentioned they will be adding more. The automations are not easy to set up. For instance, migrating data to a Google spreadsheet is more work than it should be. You have to create the Spreadsheet with the columns and then manually add them to Process street so that it knows where to add what in the csv file. There are many programs out there that do this automatically; I wonder why Process Street does not do it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An integrated solution which is perfect for many task driven activities in an organisation"
4/5
What do you like best about Process Street?

While there are other tools that can do the same job, they often require more skill and effort to develop. Process st places all the necessities in one place and becomes a single window-pane view of processes being performed in an organisation. It's a platform that any user in an organisation can use with minimal training too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Process Street?

Process st is always coming out with new functions, but in the meantime if any particular task needs to be completed (eg. attaching a confidentail file), there is a high level of dependency on third-party tools and integrations to make this happen. This does detract from what I like about process st the most Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
