"Using in small non profit"

What do you like best about PF 360 Print?

No print server required. We have multiple sites with a lot of staff coming and going to each site. This makes it easier to deploy printers as required.

Tech support is patient and quick. Ngoni specifically has saved me countless of times with providing what was required.

Didn't do the original implementation but needed to re-do it once I noticed we were using onelogin. I switched it to Entra.

PF360 App on iPhone is great for scanning Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PF 360 Print?

Using Raspberry Pi's as hardwared

- SD Cards degrade over time (somewhat fixed by providing better quality SD Cards)

- Power supplies are a bit underpowered for the Raspberry Pi provided.

- Troubleshooting is difficult if the cards are damaged since it doesn't communicate if it doesn't boot.

The Admin console doesn't seem to use groups properly. I've had countless of issues with mapping printers to specific IP rangers/user groups etc...

It's very straight forward to configure. I like the way it embeds the driver to the specific device ensuring consistency across the organisation. It is very low touch from a user point of view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
