I use the PROAD software within an IT-oriented system, so my entire review is based upon that subset of this software. The ticket system might be one of my favorite parts of the PROAD software. Not only is it easy to use, but the interface is beautiful. I have had problems in the past with other departments not wanting to submit tickets whenever they need something done, however, with this software I have been able to overcome this issue because my coworkers have no problem using it at all. Another beautiful feature is the operational planning system. The system allows for planning that has not been used in the past. A planning system that allows for my team to be the best possible team. I also love how their packages are company size-based. One of my bigger dislikes is sometimes the system can be a little slower than I would prefer. I also live in an area with internet that is a little less than desirable, as well as my computer might not be up to speed with the modern-day computers that are out there. So I cannot blame this problem 100% on this software, however, I have noticed that from time to time the load up of the software, and a couple of specific tasks can be strenuous in time. The best thing about this software is that it reduces the workload and time of completion of a project when there are a large number of individuals and teams involved. The features that i like the most about the product are time allotment feature and the billing. Another good feature is Gantt chart which represents the values in a proper way. Prioritization of tasks leaving users aware of their daily activities. Users can move tasks and change dependencies using drag and drop making tasks faster and saving time on the activity to be performed.
