"Prismic made it super easy to get started and work quickly under tough deadlines!"
5/5
What do you like best about Prismic?

As a web developer, my brain works in slices! Prismic nailed this concept and implemntation! The easy and automatic slice machine setup was great and the dev workflow is super quick to pickup. It was really easy to integrate my existing component library and any libraries I wanted to use! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prismic?

It could be my lack of understanding core CMS taxonomies but I had a couple of complex document linking scenarios that seemed like I made them more difficult on myself than maybe was necessary. Things like getting a category document from a custom type or page. Honestly though, I tried one of the main competitors and in the time it took me to figure out how to get an image field to render in that system, I had most of a homepage and 6 or 7 slices built. "A powerful and intuitive tool"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Prismic?

The interface is very intuitive, making content organization easier. The slices system is excellent for customizing reusable components, and the integration with modern technologies, such as React, is well documented. Additionally, the free plan is quite generous and offers many features, making the tool accessible for various types of projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prismic?

The absence of a feature to define fields or slices as mandatory in a Page Type or Custom Type. This limitation can hinder the assurance of the quality of the content created by editors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Prismic?

I like how easy it is to implement and integrate with modern frameworks for developers. It also works perfectly for clients looking for an self managed website. It's very user-friendly.

I basically use it in all my projects that require content management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prismic?

I didn't like that change you guys made where you choose fields from a Content Relationship page. Not that part specifically, but when you added that feature, you removed the ability to select more than one page type. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Game-Changer for Modern Web Development"
5/5
What do you like best about Prismic?

What I like about Prismic.io is its slice-based architecture, which provides incredible flexibility for creating reusable and customizable content components.

The user-friendly interface is another standout feature as non-technical users can easily manage and update content without needing developer assistance.

Prismic's Preview feature is also great, allowing content creators to see changes in real-time before publishing. Additionally, their content scheduling feature is invaluable for planning and managing updates.

Lastly, the documentation and community support are excellent, making it easy to get started and troubleshoot any issues along the way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prismic?

The initial setup with Prismic.io can be a little challenging for beginners, but with the good documentation and available videos, it’s actually not bad. However, I do miss dedicated documentation for setting up Prismic with Astro, which will hopefully be added in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how easy Prismic is to integrate. I love how it does all the heavy lifting. We've been using Prismic for 3 years now and we don't have any complaints. I also love the pricing. I've never had to connect with the customer support yet. Their documentation is good so it suffices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very easy to use platform with lots of great features"
5/5
What do you like best about Prismic?

I love how customizable everything is, and how easily I can duplicate pages or features, which helps save lots of time. I think also the design is very intuitive and doesn't need a lot of training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prismic?

I would say the one downside is that you need a programmer to actually create a website, as opposed to being able to do everything on your own like with Squarespace, for example. That would be a cool feature to have if they're able to do that in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
