## Prismatic Reviews
  ### 1. Large or small organisations now able to connect internal applications, or link in third party APIs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam B. | Product Owner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

The team is very helpful and flexible and have helped basic answer questions to complete newbies to get us experinced and active on the platform.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

The tool is being enhanced and improved over time and small kinks are being ironed out.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

External third party API connections.

Connecting applications within the business.

  ### 2. Outstanding Embedded Integration Platform for B2B SaaS Companies

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron C. | CTO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

The range of implementation models, including a fully managed "on-prem" (i.e. in our cloud account) service - perfect for businesses that have high security and data protection requirements.

The onboarding and ongoing support is also first class.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

Not so much a "dislike", but something to definitely keep in mind.
When embedding this into your product, you do need to ensure that your own platform is able to support workflow focused interactions.
For us it forced a major re-think around our architecture, but ultimately, it has made our service significantly better and easier to maintain.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're using Prismatic to help make our internal workflow far more flexible, but also to make integration to outside sources far easier.
Prismatic have nailed this.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Thanks for your review, Aaron. We're really happy to hear the platform is making integration easier for your team!

  ### 3. A very capable embedded integration platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

Using Prismatic has enabled our team to accelerate our integration plans. More importantly, it has allowed us to develop some integrations the we were struggling with in the past. Having a large selection of existing connectors has been very useful in client and prospect conversations and the fact that creating custom connectors is relatively straightforward is a very nice bonus. The best point of all has been their communication and general responsivenes at all levels (technical, contractual, etc.) from the very first conversation with them.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

It has taken more developer effort than initially anticipated, but certainly far far less than if we were doing this without the platform.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prismatic is allowing us to greatly accelerate out integration roadmap.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Thanks for your review. It's fantastic to hear you're developing integrations faster than previously!

  ### 4. Huge Gamechanger

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Koorosh L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2024

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

As an early-stage Enterprise AI SaaS startup generating over $1m in annual revenue, we're expanding rapidly with customers across three continents. Despite our team's strong background in development and cloud services, continuing to develop integrations & APIs became impractical. After evaluating four major IPaaS platforms, Prismatic was the perfect solution for us.

Here's why:

- It has saved us significant development time, translating into tens of thousands of dollars, and significantly sped up our time to GA by months.
- The ease of implementation, especially its intuitive visual designer, has drastically reduced the time we spend on API design & architecture reviews.
- It has facilitated the rapid expansion of our partner ecosystem, which is crucial for our almost exclusive channel-driven GTM.
- It enabled us to quickly meet an enterprise customer's SoC 2 Type 2 & ISO27001 requirements, a task we couldn't have managed otherwise.
- It has seamlessly taken over our internal API catalog, making service-to-service communication effortless and frequent.
- It has shortened our customer PoC cycles by weeks, substantially reducing our sales process.
Offshore development teams are up and running within a week, frequently developing new actions, data sources, or custom components.
- Thanks to Prismatic's SAP integrations and other capabilities, we made it to the final stage of an RFP with one of the world's largest fashion retailers.
- We constantly find new ways to add value for our customers; Prismatic serves as a visual rules engine & automation interface, directly engaging Line of Business personas and reducing their dependency on tech/IT departments.
- Prismatic has become the cornerstone of all our development efforts, ensuring frequent use and making every development team self-sufficient and independent of the platform team.
- The product is excellent, but the support from our Prismatic CSM, support, and the commercial team has been on a whole new level.

We don't like Prismatic, we love it.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

Dislike is too strong, but here's our wishlist:

- Extended runtime for each flow, beyond the current 15-minute limit.
- A broader selection of video tutorials, along with more hands-on workshops and detailed walkthroughs.
- The capability to access live data during the design phase of new integrations in the visual designer. This feature would empower our non-technical users to develop their own automations more effectively.
- Integration with AWS PrivateLink to connect Prismatic directly to our internal AWS network. This would enable us to avoid the necessity of using public APIs."

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Shorter time to production
- A lot less front-end dev
- Rapid prototyping
- A full-featured customer/partner-facing public API platform
- Formed our partner ecosystem

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Thank you so much for your review, Koorosh! So glad to hear Prismatic is saving you dev time and money and even speeding up your sales cycle!

  ### 5. Where Awesome Docs Meet Top-Notch Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2024

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

What I absolutely love about Prismatic is how they’ve nailed their developer docs. It’s like they get how confusing tech stuff can be and have gone all out to make everything super clear and easy to follow. Honestly, it’s a breath of fresh air in the B2B integration space. They’ve made it so much easier to dive in and get things done without the usual headache. Big thumbs up for that.

Plus, whenever you hit a snag, their tech support team is always there for you—knowledgeable, quick to respond, and really helpful.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

Perhaps the only minor drawback I've encountered with Prismatic is their component library. While comprehensive, it sometimes falls short of aligning perfectly with our specific company needs. They offer a generic HTTP Component, designed for broad applicability. However, I've yet to explore its full potential. A more diverse range of specialized components directly out of the box would enhance the platform's value even further for us.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prismatic has been a game-changer for us by streamlining the way we connect our service with the myriad of third-party services our customers rely on. It's not just about the ease of integration; their built-in integration marketplace has been a real time-saver, significantly reducing the hours we'd otherwise spend on UI development. This efficiency means we can focus more on enhancing our core offerings and less on the intricacies of integration, providing a smoother experience for our customers and a more focused workflow for our team.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Happy to hear you're saving time and getting to focus more on your core offerings! Thanks for your review.

  ### 6. Strong support and utilities

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan W. | Director of Product, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

Great support process and people. They understood what we were trying to do and helped us quickly

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

There are clunky parts of the UI that are a symptom of being more technically focused.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quickly building an integration with third party softwares

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Nathan, thank you for your review. I've passed your feedback on to the right people, and I'm so glad to hear you're happy with the support you've received.

  ### 7. Outstanding Integration Partner

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Damir D. | Product Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2024

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

Prismatic has significantly reduced our development time on integrations at Lumiform. Their support is exceptional, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. Constantly growing, they regularly add new features and integrations. I highly recommend Prismatic for reliable and scalable integration solutions.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

One area for improvement is offering more customization options in their embedded marketplace.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prismatic is solving our integration challenges by streamlining and accelerating the development process, reducing time and effort.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Thanks for your feedback, Damir. We're thrilled to hear you're spending less dev time and effort on integrations!

  ### 8. Seamless and effective integration!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Xenia P. | CPO, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

Prismatic functionality to handle big chunks of data is exceptional. The interface with low-code editors is super friendly with a rapid learning curve. For our end customers the integration to their apps is done in a couple of clicks, which is thanks to Prismatic's efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

The documentation is clear, but I have missed more graphic step-by-step tutorials.
Updates are not visible outside of the installed integration for our customers, so they need to specifically access the integration to update it.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to focus on the USP of our product instead of focussing on integrations. Prismatic has freed up time to accelerate our development by allowing to create robust integrations for our customers.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Xenia, thank you so much for your review! Thrilled to hear Prismatic is letting you provide a good integration experience while keeping focus on the unique value you provide.

  ### 9. Excellent Integration Platform

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

Prismatic made integrating to various SAAS platforms much easier. They offer iframes as a quick and easy way to get off the ground.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

Not a whole like to dislike but small things like the editor can take a bit to get used to.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prismatic is solving the setup and connections of integrations to SAAS products.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

  ### 11. Prismatic is the best platform to embed and expedite integration building between SaaS products

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Travis L. | VP, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

The opportunity that the integrations and designer open up for our end customers. Our sales team can give prospects an option when integrations are required, or we can delight customers when we have out of the box integrations to offer.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

Like with all products, there is a bit of a learning curve before really being able to take off and realize the value this product can bring. Luckily, there is an excellent team to support along the way to this adiption.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing our customers to build their own integrations into and out of SoftLedger.
Equipping the SoftLedger team to build high value integrations internally.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Thanks for your review, Travis! We're thrilled Prismatic is helping you delight your customers!

Regarding your feedback about time zones, our 7AM to 7PM CT support hours provide us good working-hours overlap with the vast majority of our international users. Also, we want to remind you that our support is 24/7 for anything mission-critical and encourage you to submit questions/issues via Slack any time of day.

  ### 13. Embedded integration platform done right

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David G. | Co-founder & CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

Quick to implement, significant savings on integrations development and maintenance.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

There are some technical specifics which are not clear for new users.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Develop and keep runnung complex API integrations in embeeded platform. We migrated to Prismatic technology with our development team and after almost one year we are very satisfied. On the way we found several roadblocks, but with Prismatic support we were able to overcome them.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> "Significant savings on integrations development and maintenance" - that's what we want to hear! Thanks for your review, David!

  ### 14. Helpful and fast!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2024

The support is like no other! Very readily available to help figure out the best solution, even going as far as looking into our custom components API spec to speed up our solution. Able to integrate and seamlessly roll out instances to customers.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

Minimal visibility sometimes into errors.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us to make quick wins with easy and quick deployment of integrations to multiple customers, each with their own configurations.

  ### 15. Powerful integration tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Santeri Y. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

The platform has a user-friendly and well-implemented user interface that provides an enjoyable experience for end users. The design of the system enables easy building of integrations, which streamlines linking to other tools and services. Additionally, the intuitive approach makes it easy to test and create custom components, making it simple for developers to extend functionality and tailor the platform to specific needs.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

So far everything with Prismatic has gone exceptionally well, so I have no negative feedback to give.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prismatic makes it easier for us to build new integrations with different systems. Prismatic has reduced our workload and allowed us to offer more versatile integrations.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> It's great to hear you're finding the platform easy to extend with custom components - it's so important to be able to handle your product's specific needs. Thanks for your feedback, Santeri!

  ### 16. An easy to use integration platforms

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

The UI is intuitive. Easy to build integrations when provided components, and the list of components are still growing. Prismatic provide very good technical support, I definitely want to say thanks to their support team because we have received response from the Slack channel with no time.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

The UI is a bit slow when the flow is huge. Also during the development of integration, we have discovery several bugs and reported to Prismatic, but at the same time, their support team is very responsive, and they usually fix bugs very quick and help us to use best practise.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used Prismatic.io to implemente integration with Asana, Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar. It brings our service to another level, now we provide extra values to our customers which in the end, it helps our sales team greatly.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> We are so thrilled Prismatic is helping you add customer value and facilitate sales! Thanks for your review.

  ### 17. Easy to onboard embedded integration platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Markus H. | CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2024

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

Easy to onboard integration platform. Also phenomenal and responsive support team.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

Some of the smaller and local (Finnish) 3rd party solutions don't have a ready component. But the built in tools and general components make it a breeze to quickly develop your own custom components.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Create, manage and monitor integrations from our service to other platforms.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> We appreciate your review - thanks Markus! And we're happy to hear you've been able to develop custom components quickly when there isn't a built-in one. We think it's so important for a platform like ours to allow integrations with any product your customers use, so we're happy the custom component functionality is enabling that for your team.

  ### 18. The most complete integration platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Program Development | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

What I like most about Prismatic is that the way the integrations are managed and also the way the integrations themselves are built, the platform caters to both simple integrations and more complex integrations that involve coding

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

I can't think of one of my least favorite things... I believe that today for me one of the things I don't like is the way to view the logs in the loops, but that doesn't have an impact on development.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a company that develops integrations, prismatic helps us a lot for the development and management of integrations.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> From simple to complex - love to hear it!

  ### 19. A great tool for low-code users

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Toby D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

The API is flexible and allows for many complex use cases, and we can choose from pre-built web components to present to our customers, or build everything as custom as we want in that regard.

The documentation covers most things, but when it doesn't, the support is superb with quick and knowledgable responses.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

There is no code-only way to utilize Prismatic's integrations. For our team, the graphically-based integration system increases complexity of deployment, and reduces the effectiveness of testing and review.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We primarily use their Salesforce connector for data integration between our system and SF - with a view to using connectors to other platforms in future.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Toby, thanks for your review. I appreciate your comment on wanting a code-only way to work with integrations. We agree that that's important to help teams be even more effective with the platform. Stay tuned!

  ### 20. Scalable B2B integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2024

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

Its Job execution platform and support. It's very easy to troubleshoot runs and get support from Prismatic team. Prismatic enables our customers to manage their secrets, helping build trust for integrations. As long as your system supports API keys and webhooks, you can implement new solutions very easily and roll out customized integrations for individual customers.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

The way it interacts with code could be improved--
* The custom code component template was out of date. We spent a while in dependency hell trying to resolve this.
* There doesn't appear to be a way to reference published Prismatic components from a custom code component. This means that custom code can take over your prismatic usage even though the main benefit of prismatic is no-code.
* We use more Code Block components than I expected because array and object manipulation complexifies the no-code approach. However, Code Blocks are way too limited--they should support modern ESM modules, importing npm packages, provide robust types out of the box, etc. Ideally, we can continue to use Code Blocks but much more modularly/robustly.
* Despite being a no-code platform, there is no way to make no-code custom components. I would expect to be able to make "higher-order"/"composite"/etc. components, where component can be implemented solely with other components.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prismatic solves our ability to write and implement custom integrations per customers much faster than if it was in our app.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> We're so happy Prismatic is helping you roll out integrations faster. And thank you for your feedback - I've passed it on to the right people !

  ### 21. A solid tool for easing integration between disparate systems

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

It provides an easy to use flowchart that allows components to chained together to simplify creating flows to handle retrieving, transforming, and sending data between our systems and third party tools. It has good logging, and easy extensibility with components like code blocks to allow for cases the standard components can't handle, and raw HTTP to manually form web requests. Their component suite also already support many different systems, and they've been very responsive about providing support, and even adding new components to assist us. The customer management suite also makes it easy to implement new clients, and set them up to use specific integrations that we've created.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

The ease of the components does have the minor disadvantage that when something goes wrong, it can be hard to understand, as the raw web requests being sent out aren't visible. This also means that if you need to do something special, like add an extra query parameter that an API supports, you have to ditch the standard components and use vanialla components to manually create the request yourself.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps simplify connecting together our software with third party systems like Smartsheet, Jira, and Microsoft Project. This allows us to avoid having to spend a lot of effort creating customer management within our own software to handle communicating with the different software differently for each client. And each client may potentially have minor differences in requirements, such as different fields they want to expose in the different projects. Prismatic allows all that to be abstracted into a visual tool designed specifically for the job.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Paul, thanks for reviewing Prismatic. I love that you commented on the customer -specific configuration / customer management aspect - I think people tend to overlook how time-consuming that part of integrations can be (if done manually).

  ### 22. New b2b software product using prismatic to quickly build integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

Prismatic lets us speed up the building of integrations which is important to our small team.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

Has a bit of a learning curve but Prismatic's team has been extreamly helpful in onboardingg.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our small team would struggle to build and manage all the integrations we need to build without prismatic.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Thanks for your review. So glad Prismatic is helping you build integrations quickly!

  ### 23. Makes integration easy (and even fun!)

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cody J. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2023

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

Prismatic makes it easy for us to integrate with a wide variety of APIs without having to re-invent the wheel when it comes to the details of the integraton. Prismatic gives us all of the right-sized building blocks that we need to be able to build and safely modify all of our integrations. They even have great tooling that allows us to create and test our own building blocks. Their platform makes it easy to build an integraton that deals with age-old integration frustrations like "how can I retry just this step" vs "how can I retry the whole flow?" and "how can I maintain state for just this run, just this integration instance, all integrations of this type?". And the team is very responsive to us when we have questions or get stuck.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

There is a medium learning curve as you'll need to get used to their concepts to understand how to build your integration. But there is plenty of documentation and the tradeoff between using their platform vs building your own from scratch is clear.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need to integrate with a variety of eCommerce platforms like Shopify and The Iconic to push and pull order and shipping data. These APIs are varied and each has its own idiosyncrasies. Prismatic makes it easy to integrate from our platform to these 3rd parties without getting into the nitty gritty of writing to code to handle integration flow state, retries, etc.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Cody, it's great to hear Prismatic is saving you from having to reinvent wheel and write code to handle a lot of common integration complexities. We really appreciate your review.

  ### 24. A great tool, with an intuitive UI

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sebastian M. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

Prismatic has helped our team in building a variety of integrations and custom components that allow us to interact with other software.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

The documentation could use more work as some use cases are not mentioned.

  ### 25. A Seamless, Performant, and Intuitive Integration Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Blake D. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2023

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

Prismatic shines in its user-friendliness and scalability. The platform is exceptionally performant, making it a reliable choice for diverse integration needs. I've particularly enjoyed the custom component CLI, which offers a smooth experience for developers. Features like Alert Monitoring and the seamless saving and loading of project files make life so much easier. The vast options for crafting intuitive integration configurations and customizing workflows are remarkable. Another standout aspect is their support – the Prismatic team is responsive and truly dedicated. Plus, their comprehensive documentation aids in a smooth onboarding and continuous learning process.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

While Prismatic has a lot going for it, there are some areas where it can improve. One of the challenges I faced was the limited options available for preventing rate limiting from third-party APIs. Also, when working on a larger integration, the use of numerous components can make the workflow complex and difficult to follow, especially if not offset by code blocks. Testing custom components can also become a bit of a chore, especially when ensuring that updates or changes mesh seamlessly with existing integrations.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prismatic adeptly addresses several challenges we previously faced in integration management. Firstly, it provides a centralized platform, ensuring that all our integrations are housed under one roof. This consolidation not only streamlines our workflow but also fosters organization and efficiency. Furthermore, the platform's intuitive design facilitates swift and straightforward configuration, significantly reducing our setup times. But perhaps one of its most invaluable features is how it empowers non-developers on our team. With Prismatic, if an issue surfaces with an integration, even those without a deep technical background can easily diagnose and understand the problem. This aspect has notably promoted collaboration and quickened our issue resolution times. Overall, Prismatic has profoundly refined our integration processes, ushering in greater cohesion and adaptability in our operations.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Thanks for your review, Blake. I've passed your feedback along to the right people - and we're happy to hear Prismatic has reduced your integration setup and issue resolution times!

  ### 26. Fast tracking our integration capabilities

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gareth B. | Chief Executive Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

The Prismatic team have developed THE SaaS iPaaS. Embedding Prismatic into our OrbusInfinity platform sped up our integration capacity and capabilities massively. Before Prismatic we were developing our own integrations and tying up expensive development resource busildign something that was nowhere near as performant and well engineered.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

Not really a downside but more out of the box connectors woudl be helpful - appreciate it's early days and these will come in time.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our platform collates information/data from multiple corporate systems to give a true digital blueprint of an organisation.
We just could not develop enough connectors ourselves to meet the deman from our customers.
Prismatic gives us an integration capability on steroids. The SDK allows our customers to even develop their own connectors.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Gareth, thank you for your review. We're excited to partner with Orbus and thrilled to hear about the results you're seeing!

  ### 27. Simple Flexible Elegant

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2024

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

Very easy to use interface and ability to add custom functionality through prism toolkit.
Interface is easy to navigate and quick and easy to setup new integrations and flows.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

The interface is sometimes slow, the performance has improved but at times when updating multiple components at once kills the interface.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Prismatic to building custom integrations quickly to integrate with 3rd party systems which allows us to onboard more customers using variety of systems.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Thanks for your review. Isn't it crazy what a wide variety of 3rd party systems businesses use - glad Prismatic is helping you integrate with them faster!

  ### 28. Good platform and supportive team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tarun B. | Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

1. Amassing team to work with
2. Simple and Easy integrations
3. Easy to extend with custom connectors
4. Good documentation

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

Connectors are limited however the team is working on new additions and we can now see upcoming ones on connector page.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to build a marketplace where customers can use integrations

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> I'm happy to hear you're find Prismatic easy to use and easy to extend to fit your your own product and industry - those are two things we're very focused on. Thanks for your review, Tarun!

  ### 29. Powerful, Well-Designed Features, Ease of Use and Phenomenal Customer Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2023

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

The available features for creating integrations of varying complexity are excellent. More straight-forward integrations can be created using pre-existing components exclusively within the low-code visual editor. This is an excellent feature for less technical team members. More complex integrations can be built by writing code and publishing custom components before wiring together in the vidual editor. This is a very powerful feature for more technical team members to use when constructing our most complex integrations. I use these features on a weekly basis and am always able to find a mechanism to meet our integration requirements. The way the features are implemented and the supporting compabilities blend very well into our dev ecosystem.
The Prismatic API is well-written, intuitive, easy to use and great for building automations.
The monitoring capability is a key feature. Having the ability to implement monitoring and alerting requirements as configuration within each integration eases the burden on integration developers to provide these facilities.
The Prismatic Support team is second-to-none! They are always eager to assist and quick to understand and help work through any issues.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

The documentation is excellent for the most part. However I would like to see some sections on higher level recommendations or patterns of usage to speed up the initial adoption process. For example, recommendations on processes for managing production and non-production environments, with automated promotion from lower to higher environments.
There is a test harness for writing unit tests against custom components, but a similar test harness for writing test cases against integrations would be amazing.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prismatic is providing us with a platform for creating and maintaining integrations to and from our platform in a consistent manner. The consitency is key as it helps avoid the tech sprawl that can sometimes arise when a solution requires a plethora of integrations. The SaaS nature of the platform means that new integrations can be created and deployed in minutes instead of days.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Brian thanks for your review and your feedback, which I've passed on to the right people. We're so glad to hear Prismatic is saving you time and preventing tech sprawl!

  ### 30. Nice integration platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeroen M. | Software engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2024

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

Ability to create flows and quickly debug them, plus the customer support and features added upon request.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

Lacking social integrations which we require, like Meta/Linkedin, hence we have to make all the HTTP clients ourselves.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We didn't want to write clients for all integrations ourselves because we want to move fast. Prismatic has a lot of integrations out of the box hence we chose them.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Happy to hear Prismatic is allowing to build and debug integrations quickly - thanks for your review Jeroen!

  ### 31. Prismatic.io: A Solid Choice for Your iPaaS Needs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kee Sern C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2023

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

Prismatic has proven to be a reliable integration platform, offering a straightforward user interface and robust features. The platform's strengths lie in its user-friendly design and efficient workflow management. What sets Prismatic.io apart is its excellent customer support and technical team, always ready to assist and provide solutions. While it still has room to improve, Prismatic.io excels in its simplicity and the quality of assistance it offers, making it a solid choice for businesses seeking a dependable integration solution.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

Although Prismatic is robust and offers extensive functionality, it still has room for improvement. There are challenges with the UI configuration where forms extend beyond the screen, and the lack of scrollability poses an issue. Additionally, testing components encounters difficulties in exporting data; having an option to export data directly, rather than relying solely on UI fields, would enhance usability. As Prismatic operates as an iPass, there's no source control, and with heavy use of coding blocks, there's a risk of code loss. It's advisable to save code frequently and publish versions to mitigate the potential for accidental loss.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration with various systems.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Thank you for your review - we really appreciate the feedback. We have some UI improvements in progress and we're excited to share those changes soon!

  ### 32. Intuitive and fast solution

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bastian H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

Setting up workflows is very fast and intuitive. Alot of default components and it's quite easy to add custom components.
Support and communication works great, regular meetings and fast response to questions or problems.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

The test run logger could be improved for better debugging, especially when working with loops.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Synchonising data from different systems that dont support each other by default.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Thanks for your review, Bastian! Thrilled to hear you're finding it easy to add custom components - we're all about a great dev experience for doing things like that!

  ### 33. Prismatic: A Game-Changer for Seamless Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carla C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2023

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

Prismatic has been a vital asset for our product. Its ease of use, exceptional support, and scalability have directly contributed to the success of our integration projects. We look forward to continuing our journey with Prismatic as we develop and enhance our product, offering a seamless and efficient experience to our users.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

Really nothing, it has been super easy and helful so far

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prismatic has played a pivotal role in our scalability efforts. Its robust yet flexible framework has allowed us to expand our integrations without compromising on performance or reliability. This scalability has been critical in managing the growing demands of our platform, ensuring we can continue to provide top-tier services to our clients

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Thanks for leaving a review, Carla! We're happy to hear that Prismatic is helping you scale your integrations!

  ### 34. A powerful platform for 3rd party integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charis M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

Prismatic designer is simple and easy to use, allowing team members with limited technical knowledge to build apps.

It offers plenty of well established components to instrument your data operations, but also writing your own components gives you enormous flexibility to deal with any business requirements. The development framework for writing custom components is well structured and documented.

This mixing of low code environment and simple UI steps was a key factor to speed-up our development pace.

On top of that, we are delighted with Prismatic's customer support team. They had been highly responsive, providing examples and solutions to any difficulties we came across.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

The embedded marketplace and the configuration wizard steps are quite limited to customizations (e.g., look and feel, mobile friendly, optional steps).

Custom components testing in the designer, requires maintaining clones of the production components to imitate a staging/development state.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It resolves any concerns for the infrastructure of a product development, and accelerates the pace of development by allowing technical and non-techincal members to be involved in the process.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Thanks for your review and your feedback, Charis! We're so thrilled that Prismatic is speeding up your integration development - exactly what we want to hear!

  ### 35. Makes deploying integrations the easiest

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

Their marketplace, logs and the view for execution of flows.
The list of their integrations is huge and covers top tools across all verticals.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

There can be a learning curve at the start to understand the flow structure and instance deployment

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us build integrations at lightning fast speed and also debug any issues quicker via their logging of flows.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Glad to hear everything is going well for your team using Prismatic, and thanks for leaving a review!

  ### 36. Prismatic is the future of our company's 3rd party integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dustin D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

Prismatic [the company] has phenomenal first class technical support, and has gone above and beyond helping Duro get up and running for our PDMone™ product, integrated with Dropbox - through Prismatic. From implementation guidance, PoC building, to even providing deeper functionality in their existing modules, they've been there every step of the way.

Prismatic [the product] is powerful and has all the right tools we needed to get moving quickly in just a fraction of the time.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

There is a medium-sized learning curve to getting what you want. That being said, their largest challenges are in representing complex systems and integraitons through UI/UX, which admittedly is a hard problem to solve. On occasion we've ran into small issues through some of the more complex workflows, but they've been very quick to take in feedback and getting things patched quickly.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prismatic contains all of our integrations into a single UX and platform, allowing for DRYer applications for core Duro business logic. It also moves the development outside our normal development cycle, enabling non-engineering to quickly get new ideas up and running without going through project planning, development, testing, and deploying — a huge time saver!

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> "Prismatic [the product] is powerful and has all the right tools we needed to get moving quickly in just a fraction of the time." Great to hear this, Dustin, and looking forward to continued partnership with your team!

  ### 37. Great for Saas Providers

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

We have just got started with Prismatic and the on boarding experience has been very good.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

We have just got started with Prismatic, but so far we have no complaints.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our hope is that it will offload a lot of the burden of developing integrations with our product

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Thanks for your review, Jon! Glad to hear your onboarding experience has been good so far and wishing you great success with your integrations.

  ### 38. Great product and a very good partner

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mudit A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2024

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

Besides a great and evolving product, Prismatic has a fantastic team. They have been a great partner and I look forward to achieving some really great things together with Prismatic.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

I was not a big fan of the integration desgiener experience but it has been revamped and very happy to see that the new designer is GA. Its always good to companies taking the user feedback seriously and improving the product.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prismatic is helping us in accelerating our integration roadmap and also allowing us to solve the needs of our enterprise customers better and faster.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Mudit, so glad Prismatic is speeding up your integration roadmap! Thanks for leaving us a review.

  ### 39. Great Product, Excellent Technical Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jackson L. | Technical Integrations Product Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

The customer support, friendly user interface, and vast library of components to choose from.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

There are still a few UI bugs to deal with here and there. Design UI beta is improving as we speak.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Prismatic daily to build custom integrations for our API-driven platform. Prismatic has greatly reduced development time and has even enabled the development of complex integrations by non-technical customers. Managing integrations is a breeze, allowing me to tackle bugs efficiently.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> We're so happy to hear Prismatic is reducing dev time for integrations and even helping customers build their own - that's the dream!

  ### 40. Easy Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Building Materials | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

Great documentation, great support, easy to use platform for integration.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

Nothing as of yet. Everything has been working great.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Is is helping us integrate easily with our partners.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Thank you for your feedback and review! Glad to hear you're finding Prismatic easy to use!

  ### 41. Powerful and easy to use tool from a "buttoned-up" company.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

The support we received from Prismatic during the Sales and POC process far exceeded what we got from their competitors and what we expected. The pricing model they use makes it easy to understand how much using Prismatic will cost. This is in stark contrast to their competitors "per-task execution" model. The tool itself has all the features you'd expect from an IPAAS platform. The white-label platform integration story is the best of the bunch. The builder UI is much cleaner and easier to understand than the others we trialed. We implemented a fairly complex use-case during our POC. This use-case included many tasks, loops, HttpClients, etc. The UI made it clear what was happening, when it was happening, where data was coming, and why any error scenarios occurred.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

The only downside we found is the relative lack of pre-built connectors as compared to their competitors. Prismatic seems very willing, and even excited, to work with customers to build out missing connectors.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting our Api set to other third parties requires manual development effort by our customers. Prismatic gives us a tools we can confugure and/or ustomize using low-code methods, to implement common scenarios. We will likely also leverage it to allow our customers to build custom functionality into our own Platform without requiring our developers to write code.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Thanks for your review! I'm so happy you noted that you did a full POC with a complex use case - we really encourage SaaS businesses to do this to ensure you select a solution that handles the complexity typical of your integrations.

  ### 42. Prismatic provides a great User Experience and phenomenal Customer Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

Prismatic tooling is a great User Experience, the tool itself is very intuitive, however the supporting documentation also helps provide a deeper understanding. My favourite thing about Prismatic is the people behind it. Customer Support team is quick to respond, and always available to help. Whenever we need fixes, new features, or guidance the Prismatic team helps provide a quick turnaround.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

I've yet to find something I dislike... like all technology bugs and issues can arise, but it's the turnaround and open communication that still makes it a good experience with little to no impact on us.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prismatic helps solve the problem of an Integration Platform for us. Rather than building, mainting and supporting our own integrations platform, we're able to leverage this wonderful existing platform to accelerate the work we intended on doing. Saving us time means saving us money.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Matt, it's great to hear Prismatic is accelerating your integration work and that you've had a great experience with the product, documentation, and support team. We appreciate your review!

  ### 43. Great Product, Great Team, Great Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

All around, an awesome product plus an awesome team. They know their stuff, and the product is slick.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

Nothing yet. I'm not in it day-to-day so I rely on my team's opinions, and they're impressed and love it!

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps us easily build direct integrations with all of our 3rd parties. We have about 10 right now but expect that to scale up pretty quickly to 50 over the next year.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Thanks for your review! We look forward to helping you keep scaling up your integrations in the months to come!

  ### 44. Relatively easy to use and great user support in Prismatic

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2023

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

Simple UX, lightweight UI, healthy balance in cost vs. value, build integrations in a short time. And I want to emphasize how quick the Prismatic team reacts on our questions in the chat, that's a perfect example how the product support should work.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

Hard to configure UAT/PROD environments on the same Prismatic instance (we had to use a +prod infix in users emails as a workaround that led us to a decision to hide and not use the Monitoring feature at all :( , tricky moments in implementing the embedded platform, would be great to have an instruction for users how to deal with such problems in the future.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quick implementation of complex integrations with various apps via API, detailed logging with filtering, potential to let users create integrations based on the component actions predefined by our developers, that simplifies the maintenance of future integrations written by customers.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> We're thrilled that Prismatic is helping you implement complex integrations quickly! Thanks for your review and your feedback - I've passed it on to the right people.

  ### 45. You can’t compare the customer experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Korey C. | Director of Corporate Development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

Not only is the platform rock solid, the team behind Prismatic is incomparable. Coming from a small team where the support to deploy an integration was critical, the Prismatic team did not hesitate to jump in and support at any step of the journey. We will be with them for many years to come.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

Any bug that the platform had, the team was very quick to jump in and support us with a fix. There is not much I would list for a dislike.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prismatic solves the pain point of building and deploying an integration. But where they stand out from the rest is their functionality around error handling, app authentication, and scalability in deployments.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Korey, glad to hear you're having a great experience with both the platform and our support. Thanks for the feedback!

  ### 46. Great experience using Prismatic

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cristian C. | Engineering Manager, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

Prismatic is helping us to save significant time building integrations. It has helped engineers in the company to simplify pipelines and processes when building new integrations. The ability to reuse integrations for different customers and the simplicity of configuration is one of the things that we like the most.

Another thing to notice is the Customer Support, they are quick to respond to all our questions so far.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

Our company primarily does integrations for Higher Education organizations, so our integrations are with Learning Management and Student Information Systems. We've had the need of creating all these custom components to make our integrations work as we need.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prismatic is helping us to creare integrations mainly with Higher Education tools like Leanrning Management and Student Information systems

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> I appreciate your review. I'm thrilled to hear you're able to build reusable and easily configurable integrations - such a time-saver!

  ### 47. Embedded integration solution made for developers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yigal Z. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

Modular solution that significantly accelerates the development process for embedded solutions by allowing developers to quickly implement new features

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

Graphical interface could be improved in its usability.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Faster turnaround times for deploying new features and updates in embedded systems.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Yigal, thank you for leaving a review - we appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear Prismatic's helping you move faster!

  ### 48. Build integrations faster with Prismatic

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2024

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

Prismatic allowed us to standardise and categorise better our third party integrations. This is allowing us to build integrations faster. With step by step help from the team at prismatic that are ready to help at any stage throughout the process.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

Some features that are in the pipeline regarding fully supported code-native integrations would take the product to the next level.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of third party integrations that our clients want to use!

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Thanks for your review - so great to hear you're building integrations faster!

  ### 49. Our company has a great experience using Prismatic for building integrations in a really short time.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Viktoria O. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2023

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

Before using Prismatic, our integrations were more complex. We like that Prismatic takes over a lot of development, significantly reducing development time and engineering effort.
The advantages are the reuse of configured integrations with a minimum expenditure of time and the use of already created Prismatic components. Also, great quick response from the support team.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

At the moment, I can not highlight any negative aspects. It took some time to learn the platform, which is quite acceptable. Then you understand how powerful this tool is.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our integrations are complex systems with many business logic required to work with them. Prismatic allows us to develop integrations without the additional efforts from engineers to maintain all the third-party processes needed to work with integrations. That is a significant part of the logic the Prismatic takes over, which previously had to be developed independently.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Viktoria, thank you for your review. We're so happy to hear you're able to build integrations so much faster and save engineering effort!

  ### 50. Fantastic services and very easy tool to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Prismatic?**

I like that the product is very easy to use and can build integrations very quickly. The embedded editor to build the integrations is very good and simple. much faster than mulesoft, boomi, informatic.

**What do you dislike about Prismatic?**

There's no Multi-factor sign-on for customers. Because of this, it's unlikely i would ever release the editor to customers to utilize.

**What problems is Prismatic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to integrate our product with any software system that has a web accessible API.

**Official Response from Beth Harwood:**

> Thank you for your positive feedback about Prismatic's ease of use! Regarding customers using the designer, we want to note that the designer can be made available to your customers by embedding it directly within your app. Access to the designer would be gated by the same authentication mechanism that your customers currently use to access your application which could include MFA.
