The software is easy to use and can be customized to fit the needs of your business **What do you dislike about Prism PPM (formerly WorkOtter)?** As the PM I wish the tool had at least view only access for the “My Resources” tab. Only the Resource Manager has access to this information. **What problems is Prism PPM (formerly WorkOtter) solving and how is that benefiting you?** This software will solve the problem of poorly tracking projects and inefficiency. The software will keep track for you and you can quickly glance to check the status of projects and reach out to team members who are assigned to projects in jeopardy. I also like how the users can keep using MS Project if they choose. **What do you dislike about Prism PPM (formerly WorkOtter)?** Nothing significant comes to mind but I think they could make it easier to bulk add physical resources like conference rooms, special hardware, etc. that can be reserved during a project. **What problems is Prism PPM (formerly WorkOtter) solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use the software most often to simply manage our projects. We also use it for more traditional PPM activities like helping us determine the order we should tackle our projects in order to maximize resource utilization. We also use it for a lot of reporting to upper management.
